SOTU: “Hello, I am Barak Hussein Obama and I have a spending problem”

Mr Barak Hussein Obama has an image problem.  Very few people see him today as the person he thinks he is in life.

Let’s face it as a political candidate Mr. Hussein said every thing right to get elected.  He said he would give 95 percent of Americans a tax break. He said he would end the “wars” so America’s children could stop dying in a war for oil.  He taped into petty American’s attitude that the rich are some how responsible for everything that has wrong in their lives. 

Now, Mr Hussein is going to tell Americans in a State of the Union speech that he needs to spend more of their money.  Mr. Hussein should be at a Shoppers Anonymous meeting. “Hello, I am Barak Hussein Obama and I have a spending problem”. 

The problem with government spending is the same as giving every person in American borders a free community college education.  Liberals through their media have destroyed the average Americans psyche with there constant “Everything Sucks, Nothing works. Why bother” attitude.  Therefore, the average American does not have any true passion for life. In addition, many Americans do not the average mental skills to survive in life.

It is going to be hard to help people in life who have a bad attitude and who lack the mental skills necessary to meet the basic needs of life.  Hussein has already spent American in to a failed state status.  I wonder if Mr. Hussein is aware of America’s 18 trillion dollar national debt crisis he has created. 

In November of 2014 Americans elected a Republican majority to congress.  Mr. Hussein enjoys laughing at these Republicans.  However, these Republicans represent the majority of conservative Americans who voted for them.  Therefore, Mr. Hussein is laughing sarcastically in the face of the American’s who voted for these republicans.

Now, in my book republican is a dirty word. What we saw from republicans in their first challenge was a continued desire to help Hussein ruin America with more spending. Republicans helped Hussein increase the national debt limit.  Republicans have help Hussein spend more.  Republicans publicly oppose illegal immigration reform but privately do everything to pass it.  Now, republicans want to increase taxes.  They should of ran as democrats.

Increasing taxes on businesses and the rich just leads to increase in prices for the average consumer. Therefore, the real tax increase will be on the average American. 

Mr. Hussein is not trying to help the average American.  Ten trillion dollars later and America looks worse than when Mr. Hussein first took office. Hussein and company stopped counting people who stopped looking for work.  Therefore, the unemployment rate in America is around 20 percent.  Hussien’s government tells us the economy is growing real estate, consumer spending, and consumer confidence are down. 

Look we have always been surrounded by the Illuminati.  There are greedy business people. There are corrupt politicians. There are sick members of our society severely interested in drugs, sex, and human sacrifices. 

When I heard Glen Beck ridicule and chastise people who called his program talking about secret societies I wondered why so much spent energy.  If Mr. Beck does not believe in secret societies, it should be easy for Mr. Beck to move on in his dialogue. 

Well it appears the Mormon church is a secret society and part of the Illuminati. I have been troubled by Mr. Beck’s speech.  In fact, I have been troubled by a lot of Mr. Beck.

One form of psychological manipulation is “crying”.  We people become concerned over a crying person. Eventually we trust and listen to a crying person.

Mr. Beck and other people of secret societies cannot be trusted.  Behind their closed doors they promote one philosophy.  In public they promote a different philosophy.

The agenda and incorporation of manipulation to achieve this agenda should concern all of us. In some of the media on the Mormon church I was reviewing the promoters stated that Mormons are waiting for America to fail so they can impose a religious monarchy.  Lately, Beck has been sounding like a person who wants Americans to stop believing in America.

My great problem with Mr. Beck is how he frames the issue. I look at how a person defines the challenge and what solutions the person offers. For a long time Mr. Beck has been obsessed with the end of the world.  Mr. Beck defines the solution as buying gold.

For all of you waiting for the second coming of Jesus Christ, I would say grab a chair.  Things look critical.  They are not.  Today, the world is ruled by the profit incentive.  As much as a one world dummy may want to unleash world war three nuclear hell on all of us, countries involved in the global economy are so inter-dependent that “they” have to go along to get along.

This inter-dependency will eventually lead to a one world economic government where no one will be able to buy or sell unless they have the sign of the beast. As much as people think that brute force will be used to build a one world government, it won’t.  People are better controlled when they are seduced in to compliance. Little by little people will be corralled in to a one world economic government by charismatic leaders promising a good life, just like Mr. Barak Hussein Obama.  

The challenge in life is not to become obsessed with these forces. The ugly society we all hate looking at is their creation. 

However, we do not have to participate. All Mr Hussein wants is further control of our lives. He locked up a lot of American’s money with with Obamadoesnotcare health care scheme.  You the consumer controlled cost and quality of care by having the choice to walk away and find a better product.  In a competitive market place sellers have to find the price the consumer is willing to pay and is able to pay. 

With Obamadoesnotcare American’s only have the insurance option government is forcing everyone to buy.  Obamacare only allows for one type of insurance. There is no competition.  There force there is not much choice in prices and insurance packages for consumers. 

The American public education system sucks.  It graduates people who cannot even fill out a job application. 

During Xmas week, from Monday to Friday, here in El Paso, Texas, USA what is known as the City Cashier’s office was closed. This is a government office, funded by tax payer’s money, but the people could not get access to the government services they pay for in life.  I call that theft.

At all levels of government there is mediocrity.   American’s should be upset that all Hussein wants to do is subject Americans to a life of mediocrity. When some one controls all aspects of your life you have no Freedom, Liberty, and Independence to create your own life. 

Have you personally advanced under Hussein because of Hussein’s communistic policies? All economic indicators report of an America in crisis. Therefore, Hussein has made America worse for everyone. Now, for no other reason then “Legacy”, Mr. Hussein wants to completely finish of America with more spending. 

Look, Hussein does not care for you traditional values conservatives. It is obvious Hussien just wants to appear to promote good ideas for the purpose of republicans looking bad with their opposition.

We know who Hussein is because of his actions during his first two years in office when he had a bunch of communist democrats in congress helping him.  During these two years there was no illegal immigration reform.  There was no community college for everyone. Gitmo was not closed. Now, Mr. Hussein is talking about sending more troops to Iraq. 

Therefore, for ages media sponsored negative messages have created Americans that no longer believe in them selves.  Over the decades through a sick relationship between corrupt politicians and greedy business people “they” have created an economic system that appears dire fore Americans. 

People do not believe they can graduate from a University of their choice.  People have no confidence that there will a job for them after graduating from a University. People do not believe they can feed their families or plan a retirement. 

This lack of confidence I say is due to the world “they” have created.  Again, we do not have to participate. You and I can very easily manufacture own products and sell them to each other. 

The first Americans only had what nature offered as resources to build a new world. Politicians like Hussein and greedy business only want to control us.  Through this control they murder our spirit.

We need to start believing in ourselves and concentrate on what we can create through our own innovation, ingenuity, creativity, Freedom, Liberty, and Independence. Hussein will promise “freebies” just to ridicule republicans when they oppose him.

However, America is in a serious economic crisis.  Republicans have a moral obligation and ethical responsibility to oppose Hussein. America will not get better through more spending.

Many may wonder why I referred to Obama as Hussein.  Mr. Barak Hussein Obama is behaving worse than the “Murder of Iraq”, Saddam Hussein. 

Maintaining Perspective After Terrroism

For a long time I have been considering the rule of respecting loves ones time of mourning.  I believe six months of restrain in making political observations is appropriate.

Right now those who are hurting do not need their pain and suffering complicated by being subjected to political statements questioning motives and actions of victims.  People experiencing pain need patience, understanding, and comfort. 

This article is not intended to complicate the mourning of those who have lost loves ones in France.

Life matters.  We who get up every day to perform the functions of our life want to smile and enjoy ourselves.

For a while I have been coming across media that tries to admonish anyone who promulgates the idea that people of one race are superior to another race.  The last two days I have been watching media were the speaker explains that Japan, Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini and other world leaders war ambitions were motivated by evolution making each leader respectively believe their people were superior to people of other nations and racial groups.

A history documentary I viewed awhile back chastised early American leaders for writing that Indians were savages.  I pondered whether these early American leaders could be right in their assessment.

I came to the conclusion that people groups can have cultural philosophies that result in the members of that group loosing all their humanity and also result in these members acting like savages. We are wrong in thinking that there are no bad people.  We are wrong in thinking we do not have the right to say who is wrong and who is right.

Who appointed me judge of the people world some may ask? Well I have appointed my self as judge of the people of the world.  I say that behavior is an indicator of morality.  This is why the lying Obama cannot be a good person.  We cannot lie and be a good person.

We cannot murder innocent people at a magazine or marathon and claim we are good people. The acts of entering a country with out permission, shooting people in public with out a good reason, our politicizing the acts of these people are poor behaviors.  These poor behaviors harm individuals and also harm society.

My definition of a savage is a person who brutally attacks another person.  People who can perform these acts are savages and are inferior to the rest of us. 

Now do not read in to my words that I have said that Caucasian are superior to African-American people.  I am clearly stating that individuals who brutally attack other people are savages and inferior to good, decent, and hard working people.

Now, what are supposed to do with people re harming America by entering illegally and what are supposed to with people who practice terrorism.  I am not comfortable in saying because I believe these people to be savages these people should be hunted down.  However, let us at leas acknowledge that they are not like us.

It is obvious that terrorist only want to kill and destroy.  This makes it some what difficult to completely enjoy life.  The idea of being involved in terrorist attack can be terrifying. Surviving a terrorist attack, itself can be traumatic. Everything we build and provide for ourselves can be easily destroyed with a terrorist attack.

Let’s face it leaders around the world have failed their citizens in the fight against terrorist.  There has been petty politics that has allowed terrorist to continue their death and destruction.

Some have tried to legitimatize the terrorist movement with the attitude that if we didn’t attack them, they would not attack us.  In many regions of the world structures of a safe and secure society are despised while the terrorist movement if revered. 

The Koran is believed by Islamic followers to be the inspired word of their god.  No one can say I will follow only 80% of my god’s demands.  If their god is a real god then that god has severe consequences for disobeying him or her.

Therefore, followers of the Koran out of fear of their god must follow 100% of the teachings of what they believe to be the teachings of their divinely inspired holy book.  This is why Islam is not a religion of peace.  In the Koran there are complete pages explaining what should be done to an infidel. An infidel is anyone who does not believe what they believe.

Now, even though I was born in Mexico, come from Mexican parents, and have lived in a border town for over forty years I am severely critical of the people of Mexico. The average Mexican is raised to believe all his or her illegal acts are justified.  The average Mexican is raised to believe the it correct to commit crimes to acquire the necessities of life. 

These ideals are dangerous to American society.  The ideas taught in the Koran are dangerous to the world society.

We can either identify the challenge correctly and completely or we can pretend their is no problem. There can be no remedy if we fail to properly identify the challenge.  As long as people of nations and leaders of nations fail to understand that Islamist are motivated by pleasing their god by following the words in the Koran there can be no real solution to the terrorist challenge. 

Terrorist are successful because they get a lot of support from people who are trying to tell us Islam is a religion of peace. The president of the US through his spokes person has not called what happened in France a terrorist attack. Since 9/11 many American leaders have tried to explain that America is not at war with Islam.

Well Islamist are at war with you.  Their holy book tells them to chase you to the ends of the earth and convert you or kill you.  To Islamist the words of the Koran were spoken by their god. 

This kind of apathy and disrespect for life, goodness, and decency cannot be tolerated. Their goal is for every one to be Islamist. They will convert the ones they can and kill the rest.

Life matters.  Because we are human and can feel pain, we are fully aware of the pain of others.  The employees of “that” magazine may of done things you and would not do, but they had the right to earn a living and provide for their families. No on should be afraid of their own speech getting them in trouble.

Ironically, even though there has been a long 4000 year conversation people are still learning how to get along with one another.  You would think by now we would have all of life’s questions answered and that all of us would be experts at living pleasant and enjoyable lives. 

Let’s face it the science of life upsets some people.  Living by the principles of personal success means no drugs and/or fornication.  Many love the erotic pleasure of the freedom to drug and fornicate.

We who believe in the true principles of personal success will always be at odds with those who enjoy decadent indulgence. We will always be at odds with those who believe we are infidels and they need to kill or convert us. 

I do believe France got in trouble with a foolish attempt to placate and pander to extremist. The fight may be hard.  However, it is a fight that needs to be fought till the bitter end.  We win when there is not one murdering extremist left on planet Earth.

G. W. Bush declared war on terror and people like Hillary Rodam Clinton and Barak Hussein Obama started with their petty politics, questioning every action of the Bush administration.  Today, so-called conservatives have become historical revisionist by stating that there was no need for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

In order to have success we have to do “it” well.  We cannot become afraid of our own shadow.  We cannot loose our resolve. 

Extremist threaten every good and decent person.  This means we all have to get in the fight.

America and many other nations have had their national business seventy mishandled by their leaders that the monies needed to fight extremist are not available.  It is time to have a good look at the enemy, identify the challenge properly, and structure strategies that will lead to the full resolution of the challenge.

For to long we have been irresponsible and negligent while we pretend to be tolerant and respectful.  Murderers, rapist,a and thieves, don’t deserve tolerance and respect. 

New Frontier for American Conservatives.

Okay, it is true.  Owners of companies with lots of money do manipulate morally corrupt politicians such as Nancy Pelozi, Harry Reid, John Boehner, and Mitch Mcconnel. We would all like to believe in their honor and integrity. However, now we know politicians only know how to serve their corporate masters.

The way to cut off the power of corrupt politicians and lustful greedy business owners is to not give them any of our money.  Because of their moral corruption, we need to start doing business with each other.  With every dollar we give them, we are just helping them disregard the will of the people. 

Currently the some of the talk is about who will be the republican candidate for the US presidential race of 2016. Mr. Mitt Romney stated in an interview with Laura Ingraham that there should be a guest worker program for people from Mexico so when he and his rich buddies go on vacation there can be enough dry towels and clean hotel rooms. I find it hard to believe Romney would jeopardize American society by allowing immoral and unethical Mexican who have no respect for “the rule of law” just so there is enough hotel staff to serve him and his rich friends while they play. 

When Mr. Marco Rubio was pushed forward by the Republican power center to serve as the poster boy for illegal immigration reform, Mr. Rubio quickly became the spokes person for the necessity of cheap Mexican labor.  Immediately with this action Mr. Rubio showed he has no “honor” and/or  “integrity”.  The problem with the social contract between citizens and elected officials is that we cannot trust them.

Mr. Rand Paul has been exercising “network marketing” with those who control power in the republican party just so he will have the necessary “political ties” to win the republican nomination.  This is the same road Jeb Bush has decided to follow.  Apparently the conservative values of small government, low taxes, strong national security, respect for the family, good work ethic, and respect for “law” and “order” no longer have value for these men. 

In fact, it does not matter if we are talking about Chris Christie, Huckabey, or any other person being promoted by the liberal, agenda driven, news media, the answer is the same.  They have no personal values they are willing to defend with their lives. I have always said that if do not take time to learn the proper spelling of your name it is because I have no real respect for you. 

Sarah Palin is the only person who I can say has not betrayed her “honor” and “integrity”.  Politics in Washington is a sick business.  America needs and deserves a president who can deal harshly with members of his or her political party as well as the other political party, 

The president is not one person promoting his or her political agenda.  The president is a person being pulled in 20 or more different political directions by people with agendas.  The end result is a bunch of policy initiatives that do not help the average American and that actually harm productive members of American society.

Therefore, now we know we cannot trust the majority of them.  Conservatives vote a republican majority in to the US congress and Republicans vote to continue to spend when America is an economic crisis because of the 18+ trillion dollar national debt. In addition, these same Republicans continue their complicity with the Obama illegal immigration reform initiative.  

Major corporations are so addicted to cheap foreign labor that they have manipulated the US president and the US congress to normalize relationships with the murderous thugs who run Cuba. Obama’s new Cuba initiative is an initiative that will allow American business to open business in Cuba.  This will mean more money for people who spend their money manipulating American politicians, who create punitive policies for the American people. 

You and I will see no real benefit to our lives with ‘normalization of relations” with Cuba.  We will suffer the consequences.  Normalization of relations with Russia and China has directly harmed American citizens.  Small business owners have lost their businesses. There are less jobs, careers, and investment opportunities for Americans because of normalization of relations with Russia and China. 

Moreover, it is futile to expect them to change.  I believe the “new world order” perfect storm has happened in America and around the world. Politicians readily sell their souls to business interest. Government workers have taken on the philosophy that no matter what they are right and “the people” are wrong. “The people” are weak, afraid, and submissive just so government does not whack them upside the head. 

In the debate of dangerous police officers people need to keep in mind that “police officer” executions of citizens is only one form of police misbehavior.  I spent part of my afternoon watching police officer violate the “human rights” and the “constitutional rights” of groups and individuals on YOUTUBE yesterday.  It is despicable what many of these so called public servants get away with everyday.

Today,I am waiting for a package form USPS.  I have no confidence this package will be delivered properly.

We have all lost confidence with all levels of government. We should, however, believe in ourselves. If we create a local market where I sell you what I make and you sell me what you make, we take the financial power away from WALMART, CHASE BANK, BESTBUY, and every other business that uses part of their profits to manipulate American politicians. We may even have to go into the wild and live a Frontier life.

Again, it is only over when we give up.  To many people are complaining because they want their piece of the corporate American pie.  Maybe “their way” is just not the right way.  Who says we have to participate in their corrupt economic machine?

The American Fathers sailed across the ocean to a place that had no public education, businesses, and military or police and forged a nation of Righteousness, Piety, and Divinity, out of the natural resources in the wild. Do we have this kind ingenuity and personal strength to forge a new America?  Can we build a country free of business people who manipulate corrupt politicians with no honor and integrity?

Let’s face it.  If Sarah Palin runs for the US presidency she will get no support from the republican party. I believe Sarah Palin has enough support Among true conservative Americans that she can be the first “independent candidate’ for the US presidency who will win. Her strength are her “honor” and “integrity”.  I believe she is a person who we can trust and partner with to keep America great and help make her greater. No person is there to do it alone.  We have to pull our weight. 

Rebirth and Renewal: Americans Policing Their Own.

It is important for people to start solving their own problem.  Government should only be involved in basic services such as garbage collection and safety and security.

For to long liberal news, special interests groups , media in general, and the public school system have been poisoning people with a negative attitude and troubled spirits.  The solution for angst, pain, and suffering is changing our bad attitude to a good attitude. 

Government has few answers for people’s personal life. Life is something we have to solve for ourselves.

Republicans betrayed the trust of many traditional family values conservatives.  They raised the National Debt Limit.  They helped Obama waste tax payers money with unnecessary spending.  The Republican leadership then and now is obsessed with helping Obama pass amnesty for people who have violated the laws of the people of the USA.

Therefore, there are only certain things that will result in a favorable attitude from conservatives towards Republicans in the US Congress.  The Republicans must change their leadership in both houses.  Republicans must stop spending.  Republicans have to pay down the debt. Republicans must push for total enforcement of all of America’s immigration laws, even if it means impeaching Obama.

The big picture in all policy initiatives is the over all success of the USA. For the last six years democrats and republicans have been working at destroying America.  Both parties contributed to the current 18 trillion dollar national debt.  Both parties have a high interest in bringing people-Mexicans-who suffer from poor morality and poor ethics in to the US.

Again, America has 10 to 12 unemployed and homeless people.  Send every illegal Mexican to the country they destroyed (Mexico) back until every American can provide themselves with a home with their earned income.

It is time that government assistance requires people to work.  Government should only supplement 15 to 20 % people need after their income to meet the basics of life.  However, government assistance policy should require work first.

I personally believe Americans should punish Mexico by requiring the American government to write new laws.  These laws should take away two visa opportunities from Mexico for every Mexican citizen found on Americans soil with out the right to be in America and stop offering business and educating visas to Mexico for the abuse America Mexicans have practiced. It makes no sense for American politicians to complain that there are not enough scientist and engineers in America, when these politicians are the reason for America’s failed public school system.  I say no more visas for engineers and scientist of other countries until the American pubic school system can achieve a high school graduation rate of 90% with students graduating in the 85 percentile.

Again, I do not believe that America needs to send troops to fight ISIS.  The strength of a nation comes form her citizens.  We know politicians and business people can only be corrupt. Therefore, the people of a nation have to make their political and business leaders do the right thing.

The people of Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Mexico, African nations, and other troubled areas have to stand up, take control of their country, and build their society. As long as America relies on politicians and business people murdering tugs will always exist.  It is essential that every day people stand up and police their own.

America is in trouble because to many Americans convinced themselves that there was something better to do then pay attention and get involved.  Now, the rebuilding of America falls on our shoulders. 

People cannot vote then walk away.  For the rest of human history Americans are going to have to police their own.  These means keeping a minute to minute eye on their government. 

Every day citizens should be communicating their policy ideas to those in the US congress. November 4th was just the first steps in a long journey of rebirth and renewal. 

All of us want an America were we feel safe and are able to live out our healthy dreams.  If the only reason to work is to pay 90% of our earnings in taxes in order to pay for the mess politicians have made then there is no real reason to work.

Work is so we can provide ourselves with an enjoyable life.  We want to be able to go to movies,, buy books, buy music, take friends out to lunch, buy kids Xmas and birthday gifts, travel, pursue hobbies, and have the opportunities to many more healthy simple pleasures of life.  It is hard to live a good life when politicians are ruining the country with irresponsible spending and asking us to pay for their mess.

It is now two years till the next presidential election the media and same democrats who helped Obama destroy America are now falling in lust with Hillary Clinton.  Hillary is as much of a tax and spend democrat as Obama.  

I asked someone yesterday to name one good reason why Hillary should be president.  He said because she is screwing an ex-president. Yeah, I think there has to better reasons for a person to be elected President of the United States.  I personally believe Hillary is so desperate to be president that it won’t be long before she “comes out of the closet”.

Americans you were given an opportunity to have a firm grasp on your destiny. It can’t be politics as usual.  It can’t be citizen involvement as usual.

Traditional family values conservatives have to be informed and practice and active role in the actions of their elected officials.  We are not out to hurt anyone.  We want a successful country because a successful country serves everyone well. 

We are tired of all the people making a mess of their lives and then turning to us to solve their problems. The principle of success we use in life are principles we gladly share with people.  We do not want to impose our arrogant control over people’s lives.  We want everyone to find Peace, Love, and Joy through achieving their personal success.  In America the resources for Peace, Love, and Joy are Freedom, Liberty, and Independence.

Human Treaty

The hand written pages below are something new I am trying.  Since it partially worked I plan to continue the practice.  Of course I will improve my handwriting.

The subject today is what I am calling a Human Treaty.  This is an agreement among individuals not to harm one another. 

Yes, there are errors in spelling and grammar.  I left them in because I liked how I developed the paper.  I was hoping that after I scanned these document in to a word processor that I would be able to edit the text.  This idea was not possible.

Positive Ideation: My Guide to Life

God

God is love.  The manner to find internal peace is to be in the company of the author of Peace, Love, and Joy.  This would be God.

People want a God that allows them to live their lives their way.  However, God wants u to live lives that do not harm us and will help us get to Heaven.  This happens by believing in God, ,praying to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and enjoy the Authorized King James Bible..

Personal Love

The motivational energy for trying a new strategy in life comes from loving our selves.  Being that we have values we should value ourselves.  

Life can be cruel.  Elements of life brainwash us with many negative messages.  Elements of life load us up with psychological distress. 

Because of these messages we may not like ourselves enough to care about living a good life. We are choosing not to work for a pleasant and enjoyable life.

We can just as easily choose to be positive.

Positive Ideation

     

     Positivism

I believe in thinking positive.  I believe we can think our selves happy.  

There is a lot good in life that we can focus on.  Positive ideation is being positive, optimistic ,and realistic.. Positive is what is good and decent in life.  Restful sleep is healthy.  Eating good food is healthy.  Maintaining a good attitude is healthy.  

A healthy attitude is one were we focus on the good in our lives, dedicate ourselves in being decent people, and respect others.  

It is healthy to take care of our concerns and not worry about what we cannot control. 

     Optimism

Optimism means to believe in our selves and to believe that life is good and decent.  When we focus on the positive (what is good and decent), we start to believe that we can accomplish our goals and dreams. 

With every accomplishment we become confident.  This growth in confidence leads to improved self-esteem.

     Realism

Our self-esteem improves because we now have a more realistic view of the world, which is a view that we can think, organize, plan, and act in order to accomplish our dreams and goals. Before we saw the negative messages that life taught us.

Now, we see what we can do and that there is reason to believe.  It is also important to appreciate what we have in life and to enjoy what we have in life.

I know that it is healthy to employ Simple Healthy Pleasures in our 24 hour cycle of life. Every day we can dedicate our selves to include in our day good conversations with friends and family, listen to healthy music, enjoy healthy meals, read good books, enjoy hobbies, enjoy healthy recreation, enjoy healthy entertainment, and enjoy other Simple Healthy Pleasures of life.
