Government Will Not Keep Us Safe. We are Going to Have Protect Each Other From Terrorist.

The sad reality is that we seem to be their suckers.  They do everything to disregard our safety and security and all we can do is argue among our selves.

We are just going to have to realize that we cannot trust them to keep us safe.  At least in the USA a person can own a weapon for their own personal protection.  Of course the communist American media like CNN ABC, CBS, NBC, and the others have made many people afraid of owning and using a weapon.

There is no need for us to be afraid of using a hand gun or riffle for our self defense.  Because of my business I see local law enforcement conducting their duties and responsibilities.  Border Patrol, Customs and Border Protection, Texas State Cops, County Sheriffs, nor El Paso, Texas municipal cops have my confidence.  They are not observant.  They are not even looking for possible suspicious acts that can signify a possible terrorist attack.

I work near a port of entry from Mexico to the US.  People drive up to this port, park their car, and walk away quickly and no one challenges them.  There are no assigned parking spaces in this area.

We are on our own. The US president and the US Congress are to busy helping their friends in business at the expense of American life. If we do not wake up and realize they are not interest in our safety, terrorist will be running wild and chasing us down to cut our heads off.

By a weapon and learn to use it.  Leave any area that won’t allow you the right to carry a weapon in the “public right of way”.  Leave such an area or get politically active and change the laws of your municipality, county, and/or state.

For a long time I have had a long standing policy not to argue politics when a tragedy has happened.  For the last two days I was very low because of all the innocent people who were murdered in Paris, France.

I was not going to write on this issue of terrorism.  However, I realized I did not want to cry for my brothers and sisters of the human race in Paris.  I want vengeance.  I want to strap on my “six shooter” and hunt this savages down.

We are at their mercy only if we are afraid of them.  I wrote a complex article about how it is a wasted effort to solve the problems of the people of arab nations.  I know we must motivate the people of these regions to solve their own problems.

However, I did not mean that the political leadership of the US would be negligent in their efforts to work comparatively with other nations.  Obama’s incompetence allowed ISIS to grow.

Now Obama is bringing in the enemy for the holidays.  I will be honest I do not care about the reason.

It matters to me that we do not allow one more terrorist to claim another innocent life.  If government will not do their job and stop terrorist then you and I are going to have to protect each other.

I have told people if I see what I believe to be terrorist act in my near vicinity I will drive what ever vehicle I am driving on top of the terrorist.  For the most part my life has not been that great.  It appears I won’t even get some rest in my last few years on planet earth.  However, I would sacrifice my life then let a terrorist kill again.

In closing, I hope the people France understand I am not trying to complicate your grief.  I now that even as difficult as it is you can over come this challenge and continue to get the best out of life.

Trump is the Only One Who Can Be Trusted. Review of 11 10 2015 Republican Debate

Illegal immigration reform attitude is a good litmus test for integrity and honor. Those who want to help the republican elite pass amnesty cannot be trusted to enforce Americas immigration laws or any other American laws.  I am surprised we are still having to confront people like Carson, Fiorina, Rubio, and T. Bush.  These individuals have informed us with words and deeds that they care more about Mexicans than natural born American citizens.

Not even on the issue of highly skilled is amnesty necessary.  Fixing the quality of service in the public education system is the answer to a shortage of science and math trained individuals.

Once you have proven not to care about Americans, nothing else you have to say matters.  Many candidates were good with rhetoric.  I know it was pandering.  In addition, great speeches mean nothing if the person giving the speech, cannot be trusted to do the will of the people.  All those candidates who favor illegal immigration reform cannot be trusted.

The video above is not the presidential debate of 11 10 2015.  It is a video explaining how the banking policies of giving more money to people than they can afford to pay back was practiced in the regions who faced economic collapse.  This policy was promoted by the regions Central Bank, resulted in a severe “transfer of wealth”, loss of jobs, suicide, and was done to appease American influences.

The following remarks are my specific opinion on the issues touched on in the Republican Candidate Debate on 11 10 2015.

At the republican debate the question on tax policy again was asks of the candidates.  The problem with the American tax problem is the lack of responsibility in government spending.  Government has to get a handle on spending before a quality tax plan can be built.

In addition, we all live in American society.  We all benefit from living in this great society.  We should all contribute to the cost of this society.

Americans need a change in attitude.  It is time for us to grow up and realize that politicians with their rhetoric are part of the problem of poor administration of America.  Are we willing to be part of the death and destruction of America just because a politician says we won’t have to a pay taxes?  Proper administration of America means all of us have be responsible.

Corporations and the rich did not create the 20 trillion dollar national debt.  Fairness requires we all play part in the financial responsibility of maintaining American society.  If there is a group of people who should pay high taxes it should be those who help the Central Bank system steal from the everyday person.

People who want a living wage should change their attitude and find or make opportunities for themselves.

On the National debt government needs to be responsible stewards of the people’s money, keep taxes low, and people need to choose positive optimism and find their own opportunities.

When people achieve personal success they can provide their own medicare/medica aid like insurance.   Politicians keep scaring people into believing they need government retirement program.  We all can do better than their social security, which is just another way for them to take more of our money and make us less financially powerful.

For economic growth individuals just need to pursue their dreams and work hard at personal success. We are wrong waiting for their solutions.  We can create our own opportunity.

The Central Bank does result in income inequality.  However, we are only limited by our own view of life.  Attitude matters.  Want a good life, get a good attitude.

It is  possible to deport all people in the US illegally.  Politicians lack of will is not the lack of will of the people.

Give you self your own entitlements by living a life of personal responsibility which results in earning wealth.  Government through the use of the media has brainwashed people in to a particular mind set of negativity, lack of confidence, and lack good self esteem, who are not strong enough to pursue their own dreams.  Public policy is centered supposedly to help these people.  I say we help our selves and stop believing their lies.

Then politicians spend their time telling Americans how they, the politicians, can solve the problems in people’s lives that they, the politicians have created. They have made us sick and convinced us they are the doctors we need..

ISIS and any one following the Koran is a threat to the lives of freedom loving Americans.  The answer is not to take over the responsibilities of people of other nations and regions.  Societies are composed of many different types of people.  The most important group is the one made up of honest sincere, self reliant, personally responsible people. This is the group that is supposed to make sure politicians do their jobs properly and businesses behave decently.

In the areas overcome with dictators and violent extremist, the members of this group have failed themselves and have failed us.  It is a mistake for Americans to keep solving the problems the people of these regions create with their negativity and apathy.

A real solutions has to put the responsibility of fixing distressed areas on the citizens of these areas.

Political brainwashing of the members of Americans with impassioned speeches about the poor and underprivileged has been a large part of what interferes with personal and national success.   I am not a political. I will not promise you my neighbors money or my money so you can kick back and enjoy your free ride on our dollar.

I heard a lot echos of the past.  We the people need to not let them limit our personal success with their promises, which we know they will not keep.  It is better that we be smart resource managers in order to achieve our dreams, goals, and ambitions.

Again, Mr. Trump has the education and work experience necessary to run a major corporation such as the government of the United States of America.  No other republican candidate comes close to his people skills and business skills.

Trump Wins 10 28 2015 Republican Debate on Trust and Competency.

It is imperative that last night’s debate not be viewed as who got in the best  zingers. The participants were their to explain how their education and work experience qualifies them to be president of the United States. 

In other words, this and all debates are not popular contest, where the people are trying to elect the cool kid to student council president.  I know a lot of people like Dr. Ben Carson. In my opinion, Mr. Carson is uninformed enough to be dangerous. 

Moreover, this debate was generic answers to generic liberal gotcha questions.  Candidates said what most of us would expect them to say.  The big loser in my opinion were the liberal moderators, who continue to want to brainwash the American people in to believing that “personal responsibility” and “self reliance” are bad while government control of all aspects of human life is good.

Communism has proven it is not good for any one through out history.  Absolute freedom can also be dangerous.  I have a 4 year degree in psychology.  Because, of this degree and the 700 plus articles I have meditated on and published on the internet, I have a fair sense of why a person ends up poor and on government assistance.

There is a lot of immaturity in a human being.  Many people have the spirit of convenience and want to take advantage of others in order to meet their daily needs.

There also a lot of people with a severe negative attitude. These people spend the majority of their time complaining about everything and investing very little in themselves.

There also people who have been taught the negative way by their adult leaders and peer group members.  Children listen to what their parents and other children say about other people.

In addition, there are serious mental health issues and serious life circumstances that impose a hard life on many.  These people are trying, but their spouse, children, and society as a whole are always attacking them.

You will notice I did not mention government. American government currently is inviting the terrorist enemy in to the United States.  This act threatens all of us.  However, it does not mean we are defenseless.  When we are afraid of gun ownership and weapons use then we are defenseless.

Therefore, government can create circumstance that threaten all of us.  However, government has very real control over our lives.  The control government has is that they have convinced us that their way is the only way and made us afraid to try something unique and creative on our own.

America’s greatest successful people did not limit themselves to the “status quo”. High school to college to a profession works for some. However, there has to be creativity in order for there to be continued growth.

Corporations and politicians feeding talking points to the liberal news in order to control people with brainwashing is not innovative. It is control of citizens through manipulation.  All the liberal news has to do is use keywords that they have already conditioned in you to elicit an emotional response and they know exactly what you are going to do. 

Read a little on behavior modification.  Research Pavlov’s dog.  Behavioral psychology can help you understand the liberal agenda driven news and the republican elite lap dog Fox news.

Everything that the moderators or critics on stage said is true if you want to maintain the current “status quo”.  This is the “status quo” that just resulted in elite republicans giving Obama more spending and Americans more debt.

Proper management of the US government can lead to no national debt, low taxes, and people keeping enough of their money in order to provide themselves with their dreams and basic needs.

Government is poorly administrated. The president and people in Congress are more about helping their corporate friends then helping the American people.

It is good that Marco Rubio came prepared to answer the question about his lack of performance in the Senate.  However, Rubio has little integrity.  He was trying to help the Republican elite pass illegal immigration reform behind the backs of Americans.

Mr. Jeb Bush you have insulted conservative Americans.  They heard you.  They are not going to support you.  In addition, you choose “illegal immigration reform” over the well being of Americans.

Mr. Ted Cruz eloquently spoke on how the liberal news media brainwashes members of the audience. It is unfortunate that Mr. Cruz lacks the education and business experience to be the Chief Administrator of the US government.  

On the issue of government social programs I would tell people that they can do a lot more for themselves.  For to long government has frightened people in to believing that they cannot provide for their own retirement and their own life.

We need a change in attitude and to start living responsible lives where we live with in our means and do not allow government to waste the fruits of our labor.  The corporate world is a nice world.  However, we have a lot of creative talent and can create our own niche in life. Government is not there to give us a purpose for life and/or feed us our daily needs.

It is immoral to profit from life saving care.  It is also immoral for people in government to look the other way when a donor breaks the law.  No real conservative supports Free Enterprise over human rights violations.

The debate was about the management of government.  I only wrote about what got my attention in the Republican debate on 10 28 2015.

I know it is important to keep in mind that Mr. Donald Trump graduated from a prestigious business college.  In addition, Trump has over 40 years of high end business experience in America and through out the world.

I have great confidence Mr. Trump can write a great American budget that will lower the national debt.  In addition, Trump is competent to handle world affairs and national security issues.  As long as he has the majority support of the people, the Us congress will do the will of the people.

People like Dr. Ben Carson need experts to tell them what to do and can easily be manipulated because of their lack of wisdom.  Mr. Donald Trump has enough reference points that will assist him in balancing expert opinion with personal knowledge in order to arrive at a quality decision. 

America does not need a social engineer. The American people need a president who can properly administrate the US government. This will include respecting the lives of American people and respecting the money of the American people. 

Therefore, in education and business experience Trump is the most qualified candidate.  He is competent.  He is trustworthy.

Christian Media Resources for the Modern Christian Life

I can tell you God is real.  There are many sources that want to keep you from God and His blessings I would say that the above media resources are excellent in living a life of a Christian.

I hope Conservatives Are Smarter Than The Carly Fiorina Republican Elite Propaganda.

Isn’t it interesting that since the first republican debate a lot of media people have been pushing Carly Fiorina.  All day long all I hear from Trump haters like Glenn Beck is that Carly Fiorina is coming on strong.

These agents of negativity such as Doug Stephan have contributed to me now studying the bible at the job site.  Nothing this people say is more important than the lessons God teaches us in his Holy Book. In fact, listening to Doug Stephan and Glenn Beck is a complete waste of time.  I like real people who can offer real solutions.

Now, I can say that I have nothing personal against Carly Fiorina.  I am a pretty good behavioral evaluator, though.  Mrs. Fiorina’s lost in the headlights gaze concerns me. I am also concerned that Mrs. Fiorina does not exhibit the body language of a happy warrior.  When Mrs Fiorina speaks she is saying the words but looks as if she is mentally some where else.  These are signs normally attributed to people in shock due to prolonged exposure to mental stress.

Moreover, I can say, before, she announced I thought she would be a good candidate to consider.  My opinion of her as a candidate changed when I heard her in an interview deliver the Republican elite illegal immigration reform rhetoric word for word.

In my opinion, this word for word delivery means Carly Fiorina is working with the republican elite in congress.  More evidence of her complicity is her apparent knowledge of military strength and weakness.  Once you have been around politics for a good while you learn to read the tea leafs.  It is obvious to me that Carly Fiorina is getting her talking points from the republican elite in congress.

How many people know how many war ships need to be retrofitted and how many more soldier, airmen, and marines are needed?  I would have to say maybe five.  Republicans in congress know these figures.

Either way, where ever Fiorina is getting her intelligence.  Her understanding of current military strength and weakness is based on the current American military posture.  I do not believe that this posture needs to be maintained.  There are a lot of free nations in the world and all of them need to stand up and defend the human race.  America can not continue to fund 90% of NATO and/or  90% of any human struggle.

I have come to a certain realization.  The current American society obsessed with liberal causes has been created by Britan and England as an effort for the Crown to reclaim her colonies. With media manipulation, England is causing instability in the US which they hope will allow them to take America back.  Distracted and mentally weak people will not see the invasion coming and will not be strong enough to defend them selves.

All of us know that we are caught between greedy business people and corrupt politicians.  The anti-conservative behavior of the many Republicans in the US Congress is confusing.  Well when you understand that many of these Republicans are sympathetic to the Crown reclaiming her Colonies you understand the anti-Conservative behavior of the Republicans in the US congress.

Now what do conservative Americans want?  This is the wrong question?  The real question is what do Americans need.  Americans need a president who will lower the national debt and national debt deficit with a good budget. Americans need a president who will not increase spending and lower opportunities for Americans when negotiating agreements with other nations.  Again, I say that America has been poorly administrated by Republicans in congress who care more about who finances their campaign then the  people of America.

Carly Fiorina as a person being helped by the Republicans in Congress and will be obligated to the Republicans who helped her get elected.  In my opinion, this means Carly Fiorina will not write a budget that will lower the national debt if it means it will interfere with the pet projects of those who helped her get elected.

Therefore, I cannot trust Carly Fiorina because of her closeness to the Republican Elite. I judge Fiorina’s closeness to the Republican Elite by her own words and actions.  In addition, I do find it interesting that the liberal media which enjoys manipulating the hearts and minds of Americans with the same repetitious news stories is now filled with positive news stories about Carly Fiorina.  I am confident that the so called conservative media and the liberal media are fully aware of Mrs. Carly Fiorina’s illegal immigration reform stance and the sources of her military intelligence.

However, here we go again.  The liberal and so called conservative media , like Fox News, start playing the Carly Fiorina is great melody and conservative start to tap their feet and whistle as they got to the vote as they have been brainwashed to do by these media sources.

Look, the dirty little secret is that we all finance evil regimes like China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and other evil places. Most everything on the shelves of American stores is made in China. Companies financially influence politicians so these politicians will create circumstances that will allow these business people to profit in places run by evil regimes. The losers in all these dirty dealings are the American people. Any body telling you that no American companies and/or American citizens do business with Iran is lying to you.

Therefore, standards need to be set.  We the people should demand the US government not enter into any agreement with any nation that does not meet basic human standards.  Cuba does not meet basic human standards.  Russia does not meet basic human standards.  China does not meet basic human standards.  Under Obama, even America does not meet basic human standards.  Kent Hovind, Dinesh D’souza, and Kim Davis are some of America’s political prisoners.  Ironically Hillary Clinton roams around free as a bird.

See, it is not the greedy business people or corrupt politicians.  It is us who let them get away with murder.  All elections matter.  Mr. Donald Trump is not obligate to any elite republican in congress.  Republicans in congress fear Mr. Trump because they cannot control him. This is why media reports what democrats and republicanswant the people to perceive as truth.  I hope conservative Americans are smarter than their propaganda campaign.

Donald Trump Wins CNN 09 16 2015 Debate on Trust and Because of His Business Talents.

Americans needs honest reliable service from their elected officials. America needs responsible citizens who will work and take care of their country.

On the issue of trust, I have to say Mr. Donald Trump won the CNN  Republican debate held in the Reagan Library on September 16 2015. The reasons I do not trust the other candidates are as follow:

1. R. Paul helped Mr. Mitch McConnell get elected in 2014.  This tells me I cannot trust Mr. Paul because he has shown me he is capable of political gamesmanship and complicity in republican elite corruption. 

2. Huckabbe in 2008, while he was running for president, was using “tax and spend” rhetoric as if money is the solution to everything just like liberal democrats. 

3. Marco Rubio while he has been in the Senate tried to help the republican elite force feed illegal immigration to the conservatives of America.

4. Ted Cruz has been true to his word and I have no evidence that he has lied.  Mr. Cruz, however, does not have a business degree and 40 years of job creation experience in the business sector.

5. Ben Carson I do not trust because he lacks insight in to some of the serious realities and serious nuances of world affairs.  I have noticed that at the debates Mr. Carson keeps looking down and appears to be reading from a smart phone or tablet.  It is my opinion, Mr. Carson lacks the correct nature and wisdom necessary to be president.  His opposition to the war in Afghanistan is proof of his political immaturity.

6. Jeb Bush got in to this presidential race attacking die hard conservatives such as I. J. Bush said some very insulting things about us conservatives.  Now, he wants the people he insulted to support his presidency.  I definitely cannot trust Jeb Bush.

7. Scott Walker has changed his position on illegal immigration reform.  When he announced he was running he repeated the republican elite’s illegal immigration rhetoric. In my opinion, anyone repeating the republican elite’s illegal reform rhetoric cannot be trusted.

8. John Kasich in reality should be the front runner.  He has been there in the crucial times of modern American History.  That is his problem.  While the politicians were destroying America, Kasich was in there with them.  In politics, success is about going along to get along.

9. Carly Fiorina also delivered the republican illegal immigration reform rhetoric when she announced she was running for president of the US.

10. Mr. Chris Cristie was part of the “hug felt around the world” with Obama that many of us believed helped Obama get elected.  I cannot trust Mr. Christie to be loyal to conservative values and fight out of control republicans in the US government.

Now, why do I trust Mr. Trump.  Mr. Trump does not need to be president.  It is obvious to me that he believes in his business talents and has an honest desire to use those talents in order to fix the American problems created by Obama and people like Obama.  No other candidate can say they have built a 10 billion dollar business. He even managed this reality by overcoming adversity.  Forty years of administrative experience is very impressive.

Obama thought that business success was the problem in America.  The great American experience comes from business success.

For to long the liberal media-sphere has invested in poisoning people with a negative attitude.  We do not need the Bill Mahrer or Jon Stewart mentality.

Today, I realized that the people who elected Obama twice are now going to choose America’s next president. This is a scary thought.

America has been miss managed for many decades.  Liberal media creates the impression that there is a poverty crisis in America, while over 70 percent of people manage to make it some how.  Politicians come to passionately speak about the supposed poverty crisis and offer promises of money solutions.  Americans take the bait and get behind the need to fix America.  Many Americans only offer their rude criticism. Other Americans cannot be bothered to be bothered.  Special interest wonder all over the White House and Congress getting financial favors. Presidents and members of Congress make laws that favor lobbyist who have bought favors from them.  A lot of money is spent but very little is accomplished.

The problems in all societies are because of the people who make up that society.  I was going to write an article explaining how the distance from God contributes to a person’s decency and goodness.  The people farthest away from God are the worst people in our society. 

Today, the human race is a horrible race.  Many are infected with a negative attitude and use this negativity to destroy.  When dealing with issues of Iran, Russia, and China we have to realize that their societies have bad people, disinterested people, weak people, and people frustrated with injustice.  America has these groups of people also.

In the debate of 09 16 2015 every issue under the sun was given lip service.  There where some great statements.  I am going to say that I have very little respect for Jeb Bush. However, I did like that he said”, say what you want about my brother, but he kept America safe”.  The crowd erupted in cheers and applauds.  I have not become a historical revisionist anti-G. W. Bush person.

However, electing a president is not about words that make the human soul quiver.  Electing a leader is about the leaders knowledge, experience, and moral character.  Mr. Trump has not lied to us about how he defines the challenges and about the solutions he offers.  He may have evolved.  However, he is true on illegal immigration reform, the American economy, and national security.

Now, some people may of wanted a punch for punch analysis.  I have not come here to write such an analysis.

We are the problem. We have to look at how he handle our personal business and our civic business.  Every American citizen should be bothered to be bothered.

A while back I announced my retirement on Youtube.  I am just getting to exhausted to keep doing videos and writing articles.  However, I see my home, the USA, in such a dire crisis that I will myself to stay in the fight. 

It is ironic that I write this article where there is a homeless person with infections on skin of his legs asleep on the sidewalk next to me.  For this person the American experience did not work out.  We can postulate that a bad attitude led to his bad decisions which contributed to his present reality.

However, there is the reality that a human being is living on street like and animal in a country with so much positive spirit.  I heard candidates at this debate speak eloquently about dreams, ambitions, hope, and the possibility of opportunity.

This are awesome elements of life.  Unfortunately, these elements are not cared for well in America.

I know that we are human beings and we all respond to a good message equally.  However, Arab areas need to solve Arab problems.  European areas need to solve European problems. Mexicans need to solve Mexican problems in Mexico.  Americans need to solve American problems in America.  Being moved to applaud and cheer eloquence is not credible solutions.

The people need to gain a better perspective and be part of the process so their leaders will be competent leaders and responsible leaders.  I am seriously afraid of the direction the liberal news media is taking 

Conservatives.

Mr. Donald Trump’s resume is greater than all the other candidates.  Mr. Trumps business success shows that he knows how to interact with people of diverse attitudes and come out the victor.  Today, he stands as the most qualified to do the job of president of the United States of America.

However, scared republican elite and liberal democrats want to make the Republican primary about politically correct speech.  You, Americans, what will you say when it comes time to choose a leader.

Will the voices of those who have an agenda and try to shape your thoughts and emotions with their manipulative media be ringing in your ears and make your vote for you?  Let us face it Obama has been a big failure.  The media showered him, perfumed, him, promoted him well, and Americans bought the whole deal.  Better is required of American conservatives this time around.

After thought: I was seriously disappointed with Liberty University for inviting Bernie Sanders to speak at Liberty.  I had written Liberty U off.  I am considering forgiving Liberty.  I fear Liberty has been lost to the liberal-sphere.

The Horrible Doug Stephan and Back To Basics.

1.0 Doug Stephan of the Doug Stephan Good Day radio show called Kim Davis a wild eyed crazed person with mental retardation. Mr. Stephan even went on to angrily describe Mrs. Davis previous romantic complications.

A. All of us who have come to know Jesus were a different type of person then we are now.  We were not perfect then.  We do not lust after perfection now.

B. What education and work experience gives Mr. Stephan the ability to make such an irrational statement.  I know he made his statements with out “facts in evidence”.

2.0  Mr. Glenn Beck likes to obsess on his “the sky is falling” perception.  My concern is that all Mr. Beck is doing is fermenting fear.  I like to identify the challenge and to identify a solution.

A. There are serious troubles in the world.  However, there have always been serious troubles in the world.

B.  Jesus is in charge.  No matter how bad things look, we should be fortified by the knowledge that God is in control and He will keep every promise He has made to us.

C. The book of revelations was not given to us by God to scare us.  It is to prepare us for what is coming.  All Christians should be “kept well” by knowing no matter what happens we will be greeted in Heaven.

3.0 As I was watching the Tea Party Patriots rally on the National Mall yesterday (09 09 2015) I realized we need to get a little healthy perspective.  There is no need for Paranoia and Psychosis to be our guide.

A. Americans still have the right to vote.

B. Yes, Boehner and McConnell are sleazy little weasels.  However, no good fight is easy.  Conservatives just have to outlast them.

C. Some principles of success we need to go back to
     A. Keep government small and taxes low so people can do more for them selves with their own money.
     B. Keep government out of individuals private lives.
     C. Personal responsibility.  You 97 million slackers need to get a job.
     D. Self Reliance-we do not necessarily need a job from corporate America.  We can  create a our own job.
     E.  Responsible assistance to those is real need is acceptable.  Major corporation are not “those in real need”.

4.0 It is nice that Law Enforcement Officers are admitting there are problem officers in their mist.  For me the debate of police violation of human rights and violation of US constitutional rights is over when police administrators show members of their community an administrative strategy to find, identify, and remove from duty officers who are a danger to the public at large.

5.0 Obama is major failure. He grew the national debt, apathy, distrust, animosity, hate, national deficit, slothfulness, terrorist, and other evils. However, the clock is ticking and soon he will be a fading nightmare.

IT IS TIME FOR SANE BALANCE THAT REPRESENT OUR FULL UNDERSTANDING OF THE CHALLENGE AND OUR ABILITY TO DEAL WITH THE CHALLENGE.

Greetings,
I am writing you this letter in order to inform you of my perceptions considering the Taxi Industry in El Paso, Texas.  For over 17 years I have been a Taxi driver in El Paso, Texas.

“We the People of the United States in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Prosperity, do ordain and establish the Constitution for the United States of America.”  These statements clearly give the power to the people, not government.
The founding Fathers of America never intended for government to interfere in the affairs of private individuals.  They understood that through personal responsibility and self-reliance a free person would provide for him and his family and by doing so would contribute to the Stasis of the State.

 Government interference in Free Enterprise stops innovation, creativity, and healthy pursuit of ambition. It is wrong to automatically assume the worst.  It is even worst to be in a hurry to drive down a dark alley of negativity.  No society should be built with the intent of trying to stop everything that can go wrong.

I know that is a mutual beneficial partnership when there are Taxis available for the guest, visitors, and El Paso residents.  The visitors and guest are impressed by a city that provides ready and abundant Taxi service and are happy that they did not have to spend a lot of effort in finding a Taxi.  As they travel they are prone to talk about the pleasant experience of finding a Taxi with little effort.  In addition, the Taxi Drivers are happy because they are making money.  The people of El Paso, Texas and government leaders should be happy because happy guest and visitors increases the probability of more guest and visitors.  Therefore, Taxi Drivers should not be charged for making their services available to the guest, visitors, and citizens of El Paso, Texas. Because guest, visitors, and the citizens of El Paso, Texas expect Taxi Service to be available there is a legitimate reason for the Taxi Industry to exist.

I am a firm believer in Freedom, Liberty, and Independence.  In America every person is free to choose his or her destiny and dedicate them selves to achieving their personal goals and dreams.  In addition, most sane adults know to keep good hygiene, maintain clean vehicles, give service with a smile, and treat the customer with respect.

In addition, the customer controls my behavior. Because I want to make money, I have to work with the customer.  The customer always retains the right to say no.  Adult customers have the ability to negotiate the price with Taxi Drivers.  It is not the function of any government to find discount goods or services for members of the public at the expense of the merchant.  Today, Taxi rates in El Paso, Texas are ten years old.  This is at the expense of the Taxi Drivers.

In a free nation there is a difference between Private Industry and government services.  In private industry the consumer and merchant “duke it out” and “to the victor go the spoils”.  Government exists to administrate government departments in an efficient and effective manner, not interfere in the free market.

I highly suspect that Taxi Inspectors of the city of El Paso, Texas, USA may represent El Paso, Texas Taxi Drivers as rude, irresponsible, and as thieves. If I am a criminal, it is because of the intrusive, restrictive, and anti-American Vehicle For Hire Municipal Codes of the City of El Paso, Texas that interfere with a Taxi Drivers ability to earn a decent living.

Taxi Inspectors may speak of a certain time when Taxis where run down and dirty.  This was during the 19-year period that El Paso, Texas city government did not let Taxi Drivers raise their prices. I became aware in 2004 that the City Clerk was not allowing Taxi Drivers on to the City Council agenda.  This act is an infringement of the 1st Amendment Rights of the US Constitution, which protects the “…right to peaceably assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”  By not allowing Taxi Drivers to raise their prices for 5, 10, 15, and even 20 years the City of El Paso Government created the economic situations that restrained Taxi Drivers from properly maintaining their vehicles.  Taxi Inspectors had no problem issuing citations to Taxi Drivers during this time period.

Why can’t Taxi Drivers in El Paso, Texas have a five-day workweek, two days off in the week, and a 2-week vacation like the majority of workers in America?  The simple answer is because we are limited to where we can work and El Paso, Texas City Government controls our prices.  I have to work 10 to 12 hours 7 days a week to earn the money needed to sustain my life. I am a self-employed individual, working in private industry in the Free Nation of the United States of America.  The only individuals who should be telling me were to work and how much to charge should be my customers.  As long as they give me their money, I will work an area and keep to my prices.

Part of the 14th amendment of the United States of America states says, “…No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of the Citizens of the United States, nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property… nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”  Because the City of El Paso government tells me, a person in the free market, how much to charge, El Paso City government is infringing on my Liberty.  Vehicle For Hire Code interferes with my full use of my property.

This same Vehicle For Hire Code creates a serious economic burden on Taxi Drivers.  Just because a vehicle is 20 years or more in age does not mean that vehicle is not mechanically sound.  Every four to five years those of us who own our own Taxis have to pay to buy a new vehicle, have it painted, have the taximeter installed, top light installed, and 2way radio installed.  The state of Texas does not have a problem with 20 year old or older vehicles on Texas roads.

The reality is that I know that all Vehicle For Hire Codes of El Paso, Texas should not exist. They are anti-free market.  They are anti-American.

As far as UBER is concerned, a simple definition for Taxi is “a car, usually fitted with a taximeter, that may be hired, along with its driver, to carry passengers to any specified destination”.  Granted UBER is not engaged in this behavior.  However, the drivers who have partnered with UBER are engaged in the operation of personally owned vehicles as Taxis. Having said this, I would not wish the intrusive, restrictive, and anti-American Vehicle For Hire Municipal Code of El Paso, Texas that I have had to suffer under for the last 17 years of my life unto UBER and its partners.

I recognize that absolute freedom may jeopardize my income.  However, the reality is UBER drivers are not going to wait long hours in extreme weather conditions in order to provide potential customers at the El Paso International Airport Taxi service.  I hope city leaders can recognize the sacrifice Taxi Drivers in El Paso, Texas make in order to provide customer service at the El Paso International Airport and Taxi Zone A and Taxi Zone B. Moreover, UBER partners will not go into Mexico.

I also have to state that there are numerous opportunities for Taxi Drivers at Calleros Ct, Montestruc Ct, Bridge of the Americas, Zaragosa Bridge, and other location in El Paso, Texas.  The only things in our way are city ordinances.  City council should understand that satisfied visitors and guest to El Paso, Texas stay and spend their money in El Paso, Texas.

In addition, the question of UBER has a simple answer.  UBER has stated they are a technology company, not a Taxi Company.  Therefore, by their own admission UBER and its partners are not worthy of the right to operate Taxis, “which are cars…that may be hired, along with its driver, to carry passengers to any specified destination”, in El Paso, Texas because UBER is not a Taxi company.  Furthermore, UBER has 4 billion dollars in wealth. It is obvious to me that UBER has read the Vehicle for Hire code and is charging less than El Paso, Texas Taxi Drivers. This is unfair.  To truly compete with UBER I would have to have access to UBER prices and have access to the same amount of wealth.

Does any one not believe that if UBER is allowed to dominate the Taxi Industry in El Paso, Texas that UBER will raise their prices as soon as they are able to do so in El Paso, Texas?  Because the Owners and Administrators of UBER state they are a not Taxi company than UBER partners can no longer operate in the city of El Paso, Texas, in my opinion.  However, let “them” play with their little smart phones as long as they do not interfere with the operations of Taxi Drivers in city of El Paso, Texas, USA.

Now the word “fair” is used a lot in this debate.  I want to know why I am being held to the poor standards created by Paranoia and Psychosis. It is assumed that Taxi Drivers need to be regulated.  Where is actual proof that Taxi Drivers cannot moderate their own behavior? Taxi Inspectors objectivity cannot be trusted in this debate because they have a paycheck to protect. The customer just wants cheap, if not free, service.  The only people who know the cost of providing the service and the actual amount of taxi customers in El Paso, Texas are the Taxi Drivers of El Paso, Texas.

In the second paragraph of The Declaration of Independence it is stated “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness-That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed”.  In the US Constitution and the Declaration of Independence the Freedom of the individual to pursue his or her destiny without the interruption of government is clearly stated.  Therefore, City Council, in my opinion, is obligated in to return to Taxi Drivers their individual rights of Freedom, Liberty, and Independence by making the Vehicle For Hire Municipal Code of El Paso, Texas, USA null and void.

This email is from Mr. Jesus Lopez 2622 Federal Ave. Apt B El Paso, Texas, USA.  I wanted to be understood that I am not speaking for any taxi company or taxi driver associations.  In addition, I wanted to be understood that my comments in this email are not for the purpose of giving El Paso, Texas City Council the impression that its members need to hurry up and make more Vehicle For Hire Ordinance in order to continue to micro-manage members of the taxi industry in El Paso, Texas, USA.

Respectfully, I offer the opinion that a lot of what is wrong with the taxi industry in El Paso, Texas has to with the attempt of micro-managing the taxi industry by El Paso, Texas, USA city council.

Everything in this issue begins with “customer need”.  Visitors from Mexico expect there to be available taxis waiting to offer them service at 6th Street and El Paso St.  The same can be said for people at the El Paso International Airport, The Bridge of the Americas, Zaragoza bridge, and numerous other sites around El Paso, Texas.  People of El Paso, Texas, USA would also like there to be available taxis should they ever need one.  Therefore, there is a reason for the taxi industry to exist in El Paso, Texas, USA.

Unfortunately, the Vehicle For Hire of El Paso, Texas, USA is skewed in favor of the taxi service customer.  Customer due have rights.  All customers have the right to take an interest in purchasing a product and/or a service. As long as person is not denied a product or service because of Constitutional protected Rights no one has the right to demand a product or a service at a discounted price.

As of the date of this email taxi drivers are forced to charge ten year old prices by the City of El Paso Vehicle For Hire Municipal Code.  In the discussion of UBER vs. El Paso Texas Taxi Drivers I have heard that UBER is offering value and quality customer service.  I would have to disagree.

It is easy for me to see that UBER administration inspected the City of El Paso, Texas Vehicle For Hire Code and deliberately set their prices lower than the prices of El Paso, Texas, Taxi Drivers.  It is bad enough these are ten year old prices.  Now, many people in and around El Paso, Texas are of the impression that Taxi Drivers are charging more than they should be cause UBER is charging less.
When I said that City Council is part of the problem I meant that many potential and actual customers hear comments of members of El Paso, Texas City Council that leave these customers with the impression Taxi Drivers are doing something wrong.  I am self-employed.  I live in the Free Nation of the United States of America.  I should have the right to charge whatever I want.  In a true system of Free Market all sellers retain the right to set their own prices.  Currently UBER can lower and raise their prices at will.

I believe in competition as long as it is fair competition.  There is nothing fair about UBER being able to undercut my prices, while I do not have the opportunity to adjust my prices in order to compete with UBER.  Vehicle For Hire Municipal Code of El Paso, Texas, USA orders Taxi Drivers under punishment of law to not charge less or more than the set rates on the taxi meter.  I have no way of knowing UBER rates.

Drivers of  UBER cars can park any where they want.  Taxi Drivers in El Paso, Texas are limited to where they can park by City of El Paso, Texas Parking ordinances and Vehicle for hire ordinances.   This is not fair competition.

I heard a Taxi Company owner tell city council that there is a need for Taxi regulations because of customer safety.  The reality is that Taxi Company owners do not want to loose their customers.  The customers of Taxi Companies are not the people in the general public looking for transportation services.  The customers of Taxi Companies are Taxi Drivers.

Taxi Companies sell Taxi Stand use, business radio frequencies, Taxi Company recognizable car color scheme, and access to special accounts to Taxi Drivers. Taxi Drives are the ones who sell transportation services to the members of the general public.

If UBER is forced out of El Paso, Texas, USA Taxi Drivers who have gotten tired of being under the boot of Taxi Company owners will have no alternative to work as transpiration service providers. I have been in the taxi industry in El Paso, Texas for over 17 years.  I would give a very low score to Taxi Company Owners because of their poor treatment of their business partners, Taxi Drivers.

Granted the majority of my customers are “rude dudes with bad attitudes” who believe that I exist to put up with their insults and rude comments.  Most people when discussing taxi service mostly talk about the “bad attitude” of Taxi Drivers.  If people dealt with what I have to deal with on a daily basis, they would understand the average attitude of Taxi Drivers.  Working with the public is no picnic.

I believe that there are only two Vehicle For Hire Municipal Codes that are needed in El Paso Texas.  One code would state that all Taxi Drivers must have in their Vehicles the following sign;

      IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO NEGOTIATE THE PRICE OF   SERVICE WITH THE TAXI DRIVER BEFORE                        SERVICE IS STARTED.

The second ordinance would state that all taxi drivers must fill out a 3 tier receipt once the price is negotiated which shows the start of service, end of service, name of driver, name of customer, and agreed price and offer a copy of this receipt to the customer before service has started.

I am willing to provide service with a smile. I am willing to work at winning the customer.  I want to make money and I want to enjoy my day.  I see no reason to confront bad attitude from customers.  Working with the public is challenging.  It is even more challenging when through the actions of City Council actual and potential customers are left with the impression that their rights are being infringed upon and therefore, they have the right to mistreat Taxi Drives.

Issues:
1. I am being forced to charge ten year old prices.
2. UBER is taking business from Taxi Drivers because they are undercutting Taxi Drivers prices that already are low to begin with
3. I am limited to where I can park and generate business.
4. Fees and fines that UBER drivers do not have to pay lower my income.
5. The State of Texas only requires an annual vehicle inspection for vehicles registered in the State of Texas.  I have to pay and submit to a Taxi I operate for a city of El Paso, Texas inspection every four months. Not only am I losing money, I am also losing time, which is money for a Taxi Driver.
6. Being that I want to succeed, I have to keep my Taxi in a pleasing and attractive manner for the customer.
7. The customer controls my behavior because they can always tell me no.  Because I want to make money, I have to find the way to win the customer.
8. Being UBER is undercutting 10 year old prices, UBER is making it difficult for al Taxi Drivers in El Paso, Texas  to compete and maintain their customers.
9. UBER is helped in unfair competition by the City of El Paso by legally forcing Taxi Drivers to charge Ten Year Old prices.
10. The city of El Paso Texas government is also helping UBER in their unfair competition by legally restricting where Taxi Drivers in El Paso, Texas, USA can operate their Taxis.
11.By maintaining current Vehicle For Hire Municipal Code in El Paso, Texas the city of El Paso government is interfering with the “right to work and the right earn a living” of the Taxi Drivers by forcing Taxi Drivers in El Paso, Texas to stay associated with Taxi Companies whose owners are good at collecting the rent Taxi Drivers pay them, but poor at offering quality services to the Taxi Drivers who are associated with them.

I personally am at a loss why UBER has such a harsh attitude against Taxi Drivers.  I would like to partner with UBER and operate my taxi under their corporate umbrella.  In my business day, I am already out and ready to offer taxi services, I can very easily provide taxi services to UBER customers.

It is the UBER administration and ownership who do not want to partner with Taxi Drivers.  I have no problem with UBER because they are exercising their Freedom, Liberty, and Independence in order to create a better service for the customer.  Even though I know that this is what the USA is supposed to be about, I am confronted with the reality that my opportunities and advantages are limited by the restrictive Vehicle For Hire municipal code of the city of El Paso, Texas.

In addition, a person does not have to invest a lot time in internet research to see the poor customer service record that UBER has as a company.  Therefore, I am shackled to ten year old prices, I am restricted as to where I can work, and I am forced to compete with UBER, which is using its billions to undercut Taxi Drivers prices to unsustainable levels, while their drives, who supposedly are subject to a rigorous background check, victimize members of the public.

Well, in closing I will state I which there truly was fairness in the world. By this I mean real fairness, not so called fairness shadowed by a lack of understanding of an industry and a lack of understanding of the people who work at making this industry a success.

Mr. Donald Trump Wins in 2016 Because Hillary is Equally Responsible for Obama's Mess

I will start this article by stating I firmly believe that Obama’s second victory was due to voter fraud. Even Obama was surprised that he won.  Who ever gets the republican nomination better prepare for voter fraud from the Liberal Socialist, especially Hillary Clinton.

In addition, I do not like saying this, however, this time around the republicans will not have a Mormon at as their candidate. I also believe that the reason 4 million or so republican voters stayed away from the voting was because of Romney’s religion.

Now, those who think Hillary will easily win the electoral college do not understand that America 8 years after Obama is a country of a lot of debt and very few opportunities for the American workers.  Hope and change sounds good after a global economic meltdown.  However, eight years later hope and change has meant an arrogant Obama who spent a lot of tax payers money and has very little to show for it.

Hillary Clinton has to answer for all of Obama’s failures and her failures.  Not only was Hilllary part of Obama’s administration, she is also belongs to the party of “tax and spend”.  Her initial statements about the rich show she is part of those who hate personal success crowd.

Her and Billy are both filthy rich.  In reality, Hillary wasn’t even a poor college student.  Now she wants to pretend that she has been poor all her life. Mrs. Clinton, if being rich is bad, why have your husband and you worked so hard at getting and staying rich?

Now we all know about the failures in Russia, Benghazi, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, China, and all Mrs. Clinton’s failure as Secretary of State.  While Obama played gold, and ISIS became a country, Hillary Clinton was missing in action in the Middle East.

Today, because of Obama and company. America is under a greater terrorist threat, the nation is in a national debt crisis, and the people know that politicians value Mexican lives more than American lives.

The America of 2016 will be scorched earth because of Obama’s economic, social, and foreign policies.  Only a naive person would trust the religious leadership of Iran.  However, the delusional Obama has left America in a mess because of his psychosis.  Mrs. Clinton comes from the same political philosophy that is responsible for Obama and she will just make the mess worse.

Conservative candidates need to start tying Mrs Clinton to Obama’s policies and failures.  Obama never hated the rich who contributed to his campaign.  Mrs. Clinton does not hate the rich who contribute to her campaign.

In reality, all Obama did was transfer the wealth of the hard working tax payers to corporate America.  Obama care was windfall for Insurance companies.  In Obama’s 800 billion dollar bailout AIG, GM motors, and other major corporations in America got a lot of the people’s money.

Before, getting elected Obama ridiculed those who cling to their guns and their religion.  While in office, Obama said he could define a church as a one where no secular people work.  Obama compared Christian opposition to homosexuality to the Crusades and the Inquisition.

Let us face it  Obama  has a head full of strange ideas.  Now a person with a head filled with even stranger ideas want to take over where Obama left off.  I just cannot believe that after such a mess from Obama, the people of America would elect some one who helped Obama create the mess.  Therefore, conservative victory in 2016 comes from Mrs. Clinton being part of the political party that created the current mess in America.

Mr. Trump What They Are Doing to You is Sinister and Evil

It is unfortunate that getting elected president of the US requires so much corruption.  The liberal news does not tell the truth and hounds conservatives with repetitious news stories focusing on their negative labels for rhetoric and actions of conservatives. I have always said that Fox News is not the alternative news that favors conservatives.  It is easy for me to see that Fox News gets a phone request from powerful republicans to make a conservative look bad and Fox News employees gladly follow orders.

I saw Megyn Kelly attack Ted Cruz and flirt with Jeb Bush.  Her questions on the 08 06 2015 debate were unfair and misplaced.  They only served the purpose of insulting Mr. Trump and tarnishing Mr. Trump’s reputation.

Of course al the republicans who have criticized Mr. Trump are criticizing Mr. Trump because they want to take out Mr. Trump also.  I find very little objectivity and sincerity in these republicans’ so called indignation.

We are seeing a total disregard for the American people from the powerful republicans in the US congress.  The members of US congress, republicans included” are helping Obama continue to “tax and spend”.  To this day republicans in the US congress are looking for ways to get “illegal immigration” reform passed the American people.

There is something very sinister going on with the powerful in the republican party.  These people are acting against the will of the people and these republicans are using every dirty tactic in the book against any one who opposes them.

I was thinking that Mr.Donald Trump is getting the same harsh treatment from the media that Mrs. Sarah Palin got when she was in politics.  Now, we are to expect Mr. Donald Trump to stand there like a chump and take any and all attacks.  Who among us would tolerate such treatment?

Mr. Trump you are not helping us.  I understand you are being treated unfairly.  However, perceived indiscretion or real indiscretion does not help us support you.  It is imperative that you stop with “twitter” attacks.  You are leaving us empty handed.

Instead of personal attacks try explaining that the actions of Megyn Kelly reflect the corruption of people in the republican party who want to run the country in to a communist heaven.  Explain Mr. Trump to the people that gross irresponsible spending and policies such as “illegal immigration” reform are robbing people of their money and of their control over their lives.

In other words, Mr. Trump use the media’s attacks as opportunities to deliver you message for “Making America Great Again”.  American politics is tilted in favor of business interest and other special interest such as “planned parenthood” and “la raza”.  Group such as these apply force on members of congress in order to get favorable laws and benefits from the US government.

Today, America looks like a socialist country because of people like Obama, Pelozi, Reid, Boehner, and McConnell. The people of the US need a president who is not going to follow the political line of corrupt republican members of congress.

America also needs a quality administrator.  A quality administrator can balance a budget without making every one poor.  It is a poor automatic assumption that cutting expenses in order to balance the American budget will require cuts in food stamps, welfare, housing, medical care, and social security. This assumption is being perpetrated by the same people who want to help those in power stay in power.  These would be people like Wallace, Baer, and Kelly.

The reality is that by making a strong economy the increase in jobs will lead to more tax revenue. In addition, stopping wasteful and irresponsible spending will also help reduce the national debt.  The US government spends a lot of money on unnecessary things.

Mr. Trump you are the correct administrator to get America’s financial business back on the right track. You can stop “crony capitalism”.  You can make a good national budget that will reduce the national debt.

Obama has been trying to forge some kind of help Americas enemies and hurt American allies foreign policy.  Mr. Trump you are the right type of administrator who can enter in to difficult negotiations, protect American interest, and get foreign leaders to cooperate.

War is not necessary.  War should only be a last option.

Now, Mr. Trump we are in a war for our own survival.  Unfortunately, our enemies are the people who pledged to protect and defend the constitution of the United States and protect and defend the people of the United States.  What they are doing to you Mr. Trump is ugly, sinister, and evil.  However do not help them tear you down.  No other republican candidate has your record of 40 years as a successful administrator.  They may think they can do the job.  Mr. Trump you have been doing the job of a successful administrator for the last 40 years of your life.

As far as RedState is concerned, if you cannot see the evil acts of corrupt republicans and corrupt media members, such as Megyn Kelly, who needs you.

Mr. Donald Trump Wins 08 06 2015 Fox News Debate On His Own Terms

First, I will try to explain what is at stake with the election for the president in 2016 as is always at stake.  There are principles of success that must be employed in order to achieve national and personal success.

Every day people like Obama and Hillary speak against these principles of success and poison the minds of individuals towards the negative. I would say that everything that is wrong with society in the US and around the world is the people who are negative and do not believe in anything.  Ironically, these are the people who say people of traditional conservative values are wrong.

However, if we look at the society they have built, it is obvious they are wrong. Today, many people in America are to traumatized to meet the basic challenges of the day.  Many people do not like successful people.  Many people have decided it is better to be stuck to government programs then to follow personal ambition.

We cannot have a successful country when so many are tearing down what so many of us are building.  Obama and Hillary are Dark Negative Energy hard at work at tearing down what the positive, optimistic, and hard working people of America are trying to build.

I would like to say that the people at the 2nd Fox News debate 08 06 2015 are people who want to build, instead of destroy.  However, I have seen their actions and heard their words and the majority have betrayed the trust of the American people.

Now, I am not going to rehash why I do not trust the majority of the people on stage at the debate.  I have written enough on that matter.

Yes, Mr. Donald Trump is the only candidate I trust to do what needs to get done.  I know of his past statements and past behaviors.  Financial, the office of the president will not make Mr. Trump rich.  He is already rich.

If Mr. Trump is a vain narcissist, he would choose to stay a successful business person.  Even though the office of the president is a prestigious office, it does not compare to being a successful billionaire.

I will be honest.  I expected more from Mr. Trump.  However, I have figured out Mr. Trumps performance at the debate.  “Play it safe, I am in the lead, and there is no need to blow it now with statements people are going to misinterpret to make me look bad” Trump was at the debate.  I can respect this strategy. 

I still want to see the Mr. Trump who encountered 40 plus years of difficult negotiations in business and won lay out a plan for America.  Mr. Trump I know that elite republicans and socialist democrats are in the “anyone but Trump” mode.  However, people like me who are ready to bleed to help you get elected are the people you need to start speaking regardless of your concern about how the news media is going to misinterpret your efforts.

Many candidates made eloquent statements at the debate and have impressive careers. None of them however, have your 40 year successful business experience.  Therefore, regardless of their rhetoric or resume, they cannot compete with your talent as a proven successful business person.

Mr. Trump I have heard you give great speeches with smart strategies and great solutions. I now all media is going to attack you Mr. Trump.  Do not let them destroy your goals.  The American people, who respect your talents and you, will vote for you. You just have to show them you are up to the challenge of governing America during this challenging times by speaking about the specific elements of your strategies.

Now, many people have been praising Carly Fiorina. When she announced her candidacy, she have a news interview where she almost word for word repeated the republican elite’s illegal immigration reform position.  Any one espousing this republican illegal reform position cannot be trusted.  

I saw the early debate.  I did not hear Fiorina say anything that anyone else did not say.  I am trying to understand where Fiorina “opened a can of whoop ass” as Megan Kelly put it.  I did find Megan Kelly’s “when did you become a republican” comment rather undignified for a human being and for a news person. Again, I warn you that Fox News is bought and paid for by the republican power structure.

In closing it is obvious to me that Mr. Trump reached his goal of not self-destructing.  Therefore, he won by remaining the person at the top of the list.

In reality, Mr. Trump can win the presidency because he is not all the other polished politicians.  Ted Cruz and Donald Trump are the only ones who have not betrayed their values and core beliefs.Fortunately, Mr. Trumps 40 years business experience beats every one else record.

The American government is a major corporation without the profit incentive and needs to be administrated in that manner.  Trump is the only one with a proven record of business success who can properly administer the American government.

When people talk about Mr. Trumps previous positions, they better to question all the other candidates on their previous positions. I pay attention.  So far Mr. Ted Cruz is the only one with out an evolving belief system.
