Illegal Surveillance of Trump For Nefarious Political Reasons.

The plot thickens, as they say.  If people know "stuff" that only your inner circle knows then one there is a mole in the inner circle or two some one is spying on you and your inner circle.  I believe that Mr. Trump can trust his inner circle.

We have learned that Obama and company are obsessed with their world vision.  I believe Obama is the kind of person to ask and receive a FISA surveillance warrant without merit.  After all the Obama that wanted "Rights" for Enemy Combatants in Guantanamo Bay Cuba is the same Obama that signed in to the law the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 that allows for the indefinite detention of Americans.

Furthermore, we want to burn people like Swoden and Assange.  However, these individuals an others have informed us of immoral and criminal surveillance of Americans who have committed no crimes.

The illegal surveillance of Americans started a long time ago.  Many of us can still remember the news stories of Mr. Bush's government having access to internet traffic through a Y Splitter.  During Obama's worst presidency ever we found out about complete surveillance of Emails and Cell phone conversations of Americans by their government.

Now, the FBI cannot track terrorist on American soil, but knows all of corrupt Hillary's business.  It is apparent we know have a KGB style department in the FBI.  Is the purpose of the FBI to protect and defend Americans or is the FBI a political organization?

The information documented on Hacked and Leaked Hillary emails showed the true pattern of Selling the Influence of Her Office by Hillary.  Therefore, whoever Hacked Hillary found out the truth.

The truth lead to a win by Mr. Trump and a loss by Hillary.  However, we now have Obama employees releasing information as if this information  is evidence of a crime.  In both cases there were no crimes committed.

However, the news media is using Fake News to discredit Mr. Trump.  I for one am well aware of the Communist Left medias efforts.  Liberal news owes its existence to the companies that advertise on their networks.  Many major companies are going to loose their strangle hold on Americans with Trump policies.  Obama gave a lot of Captive Consumers to insurance companies with ObamaNoCare. These companies want Trump to fail and will do anything to accomplish their goals, including forcing the media to bad mouth Trump.

A while back in a conversation I learned the American Military is collecting information on Private Individuals on Mcgregor Range near El Paso, Texas, USA.  Why would the American Military want to know Age, Gender, Education, Employment, Health Care, Race, Religion, Political Affiliation, and other personal information of the Private Individuals around Mcgregor Range?

I personally witnessed members of the El Paso Police Department of El Paso Texas, USA conduct random searches of people in the El Paso Los Angeles Limousine bus service. Now the people who were being asked by these police officers if they could look in their bags should of known to refuse.  However, random searches in America are a strict violation of the 4th Amendment of the US Constitution.

Now, this is what I observed one day.  A man was being questioned by EPPD officers.  Many times this person resisted and by speaking in a harsh tone these officers kept moving past the objections of the man.  It was obvious compliance through coercion.

I learned that in Texas only after an arrest is a person required to properly identify him or her self.  Therefore, when a Texas law enforcement officer who has not arrested you continuously asks for your ID after you have refused that officer is violating your rights.

The US 4th amendment of the Constitution protects people" against unreasonable search and seizure of a person of his or her papers".  Unreasonable means Probable Cause through Reasonable Suspicion.  Therefore, some one must of reported you as a suspect or the law enforcement officer observed you in criminal or suspicious behavior.  Being in a bus service is not suspicious behavior.

Now, I say all of this about Random Searches in El Paso, Texas to support why I do not trust law enforcement, including the FBI.  We should consider the acts of members of the FBI suspicious.  Mr. Trump is wise enough not to make irrational accusations of Obama. Again, if some one knew details of my person life and I could trust the members of my inner circle, the only option to consider would be Illegal Surveillance.
