The following are the problems I have encountered at GECU ATM s of El Paso, Texas, USA:
1. insert debit card into atm. It says remove debit card to continue. I remove debit card. Atm response with initial greeting, asking me to insert debit card to start. In other words it is back to the beginning.
2. I get to insert cash in to drawer at GECU ATM, Door of drawer closes on cash. ATM expels cash from drawer. ATM screen says unable to accept deposit.
I emailed GECU two weeks after the first incident. I received a call back from a GECU employee. I had to repeat over the phone everything I had explained in the email.
Two weeks later I had the same problems at the same ATM of GECU. Two weeks ago I had to go in search of a GECU ATM that I could make a cash deposit at that ATM. The fourth ATM I visited took my cash deposit.
It is obvious to me that GECU of El Paso, Texas, USA does not care about quality customer service. Today, I informed GECU of El Paso, Texas USA why I am going to transition to another bank.
Now, the issue is simple. My business schedule does not allow me the opportunity to go in the bank or use the car bank. I personally think GECU employees do not want to be replaced by robots and are sabotaging Full Service ATM s at the GECU branches. I use ATM s as some sort of convenience, when they work.
Either way it is obvious to me who ever is the CEO of GECU in El Paso, Texas, USA is not a quality administrator. Machines at this bank are not functioning properly and there are no sings that these ATM s are going to be fixed.
The most ironic thing is that Rush Limbaugh was talking about how health care in America would be in better shape if instead of Obamacare there was Walmartcare, or Home Depotcare. Well GECU is a sign that not even private companies can be trusted to provide basic services. After fighting with a GECU ATM today, I went to Walmart. Walmart of El Paso, Texas sucks. I would not want them running health care.
Again, the problem with health care in America are all the people who do not want to pay for their own health care and the small health care groups who manipulate health care in America. These 3 or so health care groups keep prices high.
