This email is from Mr. Jesus Lopez 2622 Federal Ave. Apt B El Paso, Texas, USA. I wanted to be understood that I am not speaking for any taxi company or taxi driver associations. In addition, I wanted to be understood that my comments in this email are not for the purpose of giving El Paso, Texas City Council the impression that its members need to hurry up and make more Vehicle For Hire Ordinance in order to continue to micro-manage members of the taxi industry in El Paso, Texas, USA.
Respectfully, I offer the opinion that a lot of what is wrong with the taxi industry in El Paso, Texas has to with the attempt of micro-managing the taxi industry by El Paso, Texas, USA city council.
Everything in this issue begins with “customer need”. Visitors from Mexico expect there to be available taxis waiting to offer them service at 6th Street and El Paso St. The same can be said for people at the El Paso International Airport, The Bridge of the Americas, Zaragoza bridge, and numerous other sites around El Paso, Texas. People of El Paso, Texas, USA would also like there to be available taxis should they ever need one. Therefore, there is a reason for the taxi industry to exist in El Paso, Texas, USA.
Unfortunately, the Vehicle For Hire of El Paso, Texas, USA is skewed in favor of the taxi service customer. Customer due have rights. All customers have the right to take an interest in purchasing a product and/or a service. As long as person is not denied a product or service because of Constitutional protected Rights no one has the right to demand a product or a service at a discounted price.
As of the date of this email taxi drivers are forced to charge ten year old prices by the City of El Paso Vehicle For Hire Municipal Code. In the discussion of UBER vs. El Paso Texas Taxi Drivers I have heard that UBER is offering value and quality customer service. I would have to disagree.
It is easy for me to see that UBER administration inspected the City of El Paso, Texas Vehicle For Hire Code and deliberately set their prices lower than the prices of El Paso, Texas, Taxi Drivers. It is bad enough these are ten year old prices. Now, many people in and around El Paso, Texas are of the impression that Taxi Drivers are charging more than they should be cause UBER is charging less.
When I said that City Council is part of the problem I meant that many potential and actual customers hear comments of members of El Paso, Texas City Council that leave these customers with the impression Taxi Drivers are doing something wrong. I am self-employed. I live in the Free Nation of the United States of America. I should have the right to charge whatever I want. In a true system of Free Market all sellers retain the right to set their own prices. Currently UBER can lower and raise their prices at will.
I believe in competition as long as it is fair competition. There is nothing fair about UBER being able to undercut my prices, while I do not have the opportunity to adjust my prices in order to compete with UBER. Vehicle For Hire Municipal Code of El Paso, Texas, USA orders Taxi Drivers under punishment of law to not charge less or more than the set rates on the taxi meter. I have no way of knowing UBER rates.
Drivers of UBER cars can park any where they want. Taxi Drivers in El Paso, Texas are limited to where they can park by City of El Paso, Texas Parking ordinances and Vehicle for hire ordinances. This is not fair competition.
I heard a Taxi Company owner tell city council that there is a need for Taxi regulations because of customer safety. The reality is that Taxi Company owners do not want to loose their customers. The customers of Taxi Companies are not the people in the general public looking for transportation services. The customers of Taxi Companies are Taxi Drivers.
Taxi Companies sell Taxi Stand use, business radio frequencies, Taxi Company recognizable car color scheme, and access to special accounts to Taxi Drivers. Taxi Drives are the ones who sell transportation services to the members of the general public.
If UBER is forced out of El Paso, Texas, USA Taxi Drivers who have gotten tired of being under the boot of Taxi Company owners will have no alternative to work as transpiration service providers. I have been in the taxi industry in El Paso, Texas for over 17 years. I would give a very low score to Taxi Company Owners because of their poor treatment of their business partners, Taxi Drivers.
Granted the majority of my customers are “rude dudes with bad attitudes” who believe that I exist to put up with their insults and rude comments. Most people when discussing taxi service mostly talk about the “bad attitude” of Taxi Drivers. If people dealt with what I have to deal with on a daily basis, they would understand the average attitude of Taxi Drivers. Working with the public is no picnic.
I believe that there are only two Vehicle For Hire Municipal Codes that are needed in El Paso Texas. One code would state that all Taxi Drivers must have in their Vehicles the following sign;
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO NEGOTIATE THE PRICE OF SERVICE WITH THE TAXI DRIVER BEFORE SERVICE IS STARTED.

The second ordinance would state that all taxi drivers must fill out a 3 tier receipt once the price is negotiated which shows the start of service, end of service, name of driver, name of customer, and agreed price and offer a copy of this receipt to the customer before service has started.
I am willing to provide service with a smile. I am willing to work at winning the customer. I want to make money and I want to enjoy my day. I see no reason to confront bad attitude from customers. Working with the public is challenging. It is even more challenging when through the actions of City Council actual and potential customers are left with the impression that their rights are being infringed upon and therefore, they have the right to mistreat Taxi Drives.
Issues:
1. I am being forced to charge ten year old prices.
2. UBER is taking business from Taxi Drivers because they are undercutting Taxi Drivers prices that already are low to begin with
3. I am limited to where I can park and generate business.
4. Fees and fines that UBER drivers do not have to pay lower my income.
5. The State of Texas only requires an annual vehicle inspection for vehicles registered in the State of Texas. I have to pay and submit to a Taxi I operate for a city of El Paso, Texas inspection every four months. Not only am I losing money, I am also losing time, which is money for a Taxi Driver.
6. Being that I want to succeed, I have to keep my Taxi in a pleasing and attractive manner for the customer.
7. The customer controls my behavior because they can always tell me no. Because I want to make money, I have to find the way to win the customer.
8. Being UBER is undercutting 10 year old prices, UBER is making it difficult for al Taxi Drivers in El Paso, Texas to compete and maintain their customers.
9. UBER is helped in unfair competition by the City of El Paso by legally forcing Taxi Drivers to charge Ten Year Old prices.
10. The city of El Paso Texas government is also helping UBER in their unfair competition by legally restricting where Taxi Drivers in El Paso, Texas, USA can operate their Taxis.
11.By maintaining current Vehicle For Hire Municipal Code in El Paso, Texas the city of El Paso government is interfering with the “right to work and the right earn a living” of the Taxi Drivers by forcing Taxi Drivers in El Paso, Texas to stay associated with Taxi Companies whose owners are good at collecting the rent Taxi Drivers pay them, but poor at offering quality services to the Taxi Drivers who are associated with them.
I personally am at a loss why UBER has such a harsh attitude against Taxi Drivers. I would like to partner with UBER and operate my taxi under their corporate umbrella. In my business day, I am already out and ready to offer taxi services, I can very easily provide taxi services to UBER customers.
It is the UBER administration and ownership who do not want to partner with Taxi Drivers. I have no problem with UBER because they are exercising their Freedom, Liberty, and Independence in order to create a better service for the customer. Even though I know that this is what the USA is supposed to be about, I am confronted with the reality that my opportunities and advantages are limited by the restrictive Vehicle For Hire municipal code of the city of El Paso, Texas.
In addition, a person does not have to invest a lot time in internet research to see the poor customer service record that UBER has as a company. Therefore, I am shackled to ten year old prices, I am restricted as to where I can work, and I am forced to compete with UBER, which is using its billions to undercut Taxi Drivers prices to unsustainable levels, while their drives, who supposedly are subject to a rigorous background check, victimize members of the public.
Well, in closing I will state I which there truly was fairness in the world. By this I mean real fairness, not so called fairness shadowed by a lack of understanding of an industry and a lack of understanding of the people who work at making this industry a success.

Mr. Donald Trump Wins in 2016 Because Hillary is Equally Responsible for Obama's Mess
I will start this article by stating I firmly believe that Obama’s second victory was due to voter fraud. Even Obama was surprised that he won. Who ever gets the republican nomination better prepare for voter fraud from the Liberal Socialist, especially Hillary Clinton.
In addition, I do not like saying this, however, this time around the republicans will not have a Mormon at as their candidate. I also believe that the reason 4 million or so republican voters stayed away from the voting was because of Romney’s religion.
Now, those who think Hillary will easily win the electoral college do not understand that America 8 years after Obama is a country of a lot of debt and very few opportunities for the American workers. Hope and change sounds good after a global economic meltdown. However, eight years later hope and change has meant an arrogant Obama who spent a lot of tax payers money and has very little to show for it.
Hillary Clinton has to answer for all of Obama’s failures and her failures. Not only was Hilllary part of Obama’s administration, she is also belongs to the party of “tax and spend”. Her initial statements about the rich show she is part of those who hate personal success crowd.
Her and Billy are both filthy rich. In reality, Hillary wasn’t even a poor college student. Now she wants to pretend that she has been poor all her life. Mrs. Clinton, if being rich is bad, why have your husband and you worked so hard at getting and staying rich?
Now we all know about the failures in Russia, Benghazi, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, China, and all Mrs. Clinton’s failure as Secretary of State. While Obama played gold, and ISIS became a country, Hillary Clinton was missing in action in the Middle East.
Today, because of Obama and company. America is under a greater terrorist threat, the nation is in a national debt crisis, and the people know that politicians value Mexican lives more than American lives.
The America of 2016 will be scorched earth because of Obama’s economic, social, and foreign policies. Only a naive person would trust the religious leadership of Iran. However, the delusional Obama has left America in a mess because of his psychosis. Mrs. Clinton comes from the same political philosophy that is responsible for Obama and she will just make the mess worse.
Conservative candidates need to start tying Mrs Clinton to Obama’s policies and failures. Obama never hated the rich who contributed to his campaign. Mrs. Clinton does not hate the rich who contribute to her campaign.
In reality, all Obama did was transfer the wealth of the hard working tax payers to corporate America. Obama care was windfall for Insurance companies. In Obama’s 800 billion dollar bailout AIG, GM motors, and other major corporations in America got a lot of the people’s money.
Before, getting elected Obama ridiculed those who cling to their guns and their religion. While in office, Obama said he could define a church as a one where no secular people work. Obama compared Christian opposition to homosexuality to the Crusades and the Inquisition.
Let us face it Obama has a head full of strange ideas. Now a person with a head filled with even stranger ideas want to take over where Obama left off. I just cannot believe that after such a mess from Obama, the people of America would elect some one who helped Obama create the mess. Mr. Trump What They Are Doing to You is Sinister and Evil
It is unfortunate that getting elected president of the US requires so much corruption. The liberal news does not tell the truth and hounds conservatives with repetitious news stories focusing on their negative labels for rhetoric and actions of conservatives. I have always said that Fox News is not the alternative news that favors conservatives. It is easy for me to see that Fox News gets a phone request from powerful republicans to make a conservative look bad and Fox News employees gladly follow orders.
I saw Megyn Kelly attack Ted Cruz and flirt with Jeb Bush. Her questions on the 08 06 2015 debate were unfair and misplaced. They only served the purpose of insulting Mr. Trump and tarnishing Mr. Trump’s reputation.
Of course al the republicans who have criticized Mr. Trump are criticizing Mr. Trump because they want to take out Mr. Trump also. I find very little objectivity and sincerity in these republicans’ so called indignation.
We are seeing a total disregard for the American people from the powerful republicans in the US congress. The members of US congress, republicans included” are helping Obama continue to “tax and spend”. To this day republicans in the US congress are looking for ways to get “illegal immigration” reform passed the American people.
There is something very sinister going on with the powerful in the republican party. These people are acting against the will of the people and these republicans are using every dirty tactic in the book against any one who opposes them.
I was thinking that Mr.Donald Trump is getting the same harsh treatment from the media that Mrs. Sarah Palin got when she was in politics. Now, we are to expect Mr. Donald Trump to stand there like a chump and take any and all attacks. Who among us would tolerate such treatment?
Mr. Trump you are not helping us. I understand you are being treated unfairly. However, perceived indiscretion or real indiscretion does not help us support you. It is imperative that you stop with “twitter” attacks. You are leaving us empty handed.
Instead of personal attacks try explaining that the actions of Megyn Kelly reflect the corruption of people in the republican party who want to run the country in to a communist heaven. Explain Mr. Trump to the people that gross irresponsible spending and policies such as “illegal immigration” reform are robbing people of their money and of their control over their lives.
In other words, Mr. Trump use the media’s attacks as opportunities to deliver you message for “Making America Great Again”. American politics is tilted in favor of business interest and other special interest such as “planned parenthood” and “la raza”. Group such as these apply force on members of congress in order to get favorable laws and benefits from the US government.
Today, America looks like a socialist country because of people like Obama, Pelozi, Reid, Boehner, and McConnell. The people of the US need a president who is not going to follow the political line of corrupt republican members of congress.
America also needs a quality administrator. A quality administrator can balance a budget without making every one poor. It is a poor automatic assumption that cutting expenses in order to balance the American budget will require cuts in food stamps, welfare, housing, medical care, and social security. This assumption is being perpetrated by the same people who want to help those in power stay in power. These would be people like Wallace, Baer, and Kelly.
The reality is that by making a strong economy the increase in jobs will lead to more tax revenue. In addition, stopping wasteful and irresponsible spending will also help reduce the national debt. The US government spends a lot of money on unnecessary things.
Mr. Trump you are the correct administrator to get America’s financial business back on the right track. You can stop “crony capitalism”. You can make a good national budget that will reduce the national debt.
Obama has been trying to forge some kind of help Americas enemies and hurt American allies foreign policy. Mr. Trump you are the right type of administrator who can enter in to difficult negotiations, protect American interest, and get foreign leaders to cooperate.
War is not necessary. War should only be a last option.
Now, Mr. Trump we are in a war for our own survival. Unfortunately, our enemies are the people who pledged to protect and defend the constitution of the United States and protect and defend the people of the United States. What they are doing to you Mr. Trump is ugly, sinister, and evil. However do not help them tear you down. No other republican candidate has your record of 40 years as a successful administrator. They may think they can do the job. Mr. Trump you have been doing the job of a successful administrator for the last 40 years of your life.

Mr. Donald Trump Wins 08 06 2015 Fox News Debate On His Own Terms
First, I will try to explain what is at stake with the election for the president in 2016 as is always at stake. There are principles of success that must be employed in order to achieve national and personal success.
Every day people like Obama and Hillary speak against these principles of success and poison the minds of individuals towards the negative. I would say that everything that is wrong with society in the US and around the world is the people who are negative and do not believe in anything. Ironically, these are the people who say people of traditional conservative values are wrong.
However, if we look at the society they have built, it is obvious they are wrong. Today, many people in America are to traumatized to meet the basic challenges of the day. Many people do not like successful people. Many people have decided it is better to be stuck to government programs then to follow personal ambition.
We cannot have a successful country when so many are tearing down what so many of us are building. Obama and Hillary are Dark Negative Energy hard at work at tearing down what the positive, optimistic, and hard working people of America are trying to build.
I would like to say that the people at the 2nd Fox News debate 08 06 2015 are people who want to build, instead of destroy. However, I have seen their actions and heard their words and the majority have betrayed the trust of the American people.
Now, I am not going to rehash why I do not trust the majority of the people on stage at the debate. I have written enough on that matter.
Yes, Mr. Donald Trump is the only candidate I trust to do what needs to get done. I know of his past statements and past behaviors. Financial, the office of the president will not make Mr. Trump rich. He is already rich.
If Mr. Trump is a vain narcissist, he would choose to stay a successful business person. Even though the office of the president is a prestigious office, it does not compare to being a successful billionaire.
I will be honest. I expected more from Mr. Trump. However, I have figured out Mr. Trumps performance at the debate. “Play it safe, I am in the lead, and there is no need to blow it now with statements people are going to misinterpret to make me look bad” Trump was at the debate. I can respect this strategy.
I still want to see the Mr. Trump who encountered 40 plus years of difficult negotiations in business and won lay out a plan for America. Mr. Trump I know that elite republicans and socialist democrats are in the “anyone but Trump” mode. However, people like me who are ready to bleed to help you get elected are the people you need to start speaking regardless of your concern about how the news media is going to misinterpret your efforts.
Many candidates made eloquent statements at the debate and have impressive careers. None of them however, have your 40 year successful business experience. Therefore, regardless of their rhetoric or resume, they cannot compete with your talent as a proven successful business person.
Mr. Trump I have heard you give great speeches with smart strategies and great solutions. I now all media is going to attack you Mr. Trump. Do not let them destroy your goals. The American people, who respect your talents and you, will vote for you. You just have to show them you are up to the challenge of governing America during this challenging times by speaking about the specific elements of your strategies.
Now, many people have been praising Carly Fiorina. When she announced her candidacy, she have a news interview where she almost word for word repeated the republican elite’s illegal immigration reform position. Any one espousing this republican illegal reform position cannot be trusted.
I saw the early debate. I did not hear Fiorina say anything that anyone else did not say. I am trying to understand where Fiorina “opened a can of whoop ass” as Megan Kelly put it. I did find Megan Kelly’s “when did you become a republican” comment rather undignified for a human being and for a news person. Again, I warn you that Fox News is bought and paid for by the republican power structure.
In closing it is obvious to me that Mr. Trump reached his goal of not self-destructing. Therefore, he won by remaining the person at the top of the list.
In reality, Mr. Trump can win the presidency because he is not all the other polished politicians. Ted Cruz and Donald Trump are the only ones who have not betrayed their values and core beliefs.Fortunately, Mr. Trumps 40 years business experience beats every one else record.
The American government is a major corporation without the profit incentive and needs to be administrated in that manner. Trump is the only one with a proven record of business success who can properly administer the American government.
When people talk about Mr. Trumps previous positions, they better to question all the other candidates on their previous positions. I pay attention. So far Mr. Ted Cruz is the only one with out an evolving belief system.
Simple Overview of 1st Conservative Debate on Fox News 08 06 2015
I write this article to people who already understand and are familiar with the conservative movement. Therefore, I did not give my opinion on everything that happened in this debate.
Santorum said on illegal immigration we are “country of laws and our compassion is in our laws” and “reducing immigration and creating a better life for Americans”. He also said that he would deport 25% of illegal immigrants. I agree that all America’s immigration laws have to be enforced. However, all people in America illegally have to be found and deported. If American law enforcement cannot find and deport all people in America illegally, then they cannot protect Americans from Muslim extremist.
Rick Perry said Americans are tired of the question “what are you going to do with illegals in America” and Americans can’t trust Washington. Therefore, secure border. We all know the religious leadership of Iran cannot be trusted. We also know that the war on Terror needs a lot of different strategies. Military solutions sound nice. However, we have to cooperate with our partners and work at building respect among the people of the regions involved.
In the final analysis, I would say that Rick Santorum and Bobby Jindal should move up to the top tier of the conservative candidates for the president of the US in 2016 and take their place next to Donald Trump and Ted Cruz. For me the issue is if the candidate can be trusted to respect the will of the people. Anyone towing the republican elitist illegal immigration rhetoric cannot be trusted.
Santorum said on illegal immigration we are “country of laws and our compassion is in our laws” and “reducing immigration and creating a better life for Americans”. He also said that he would deport 25% of illegal immigrants. I agree that all America’s immigration laws have to be enforced. However, all people in America illegally have to be found and deported. If American law enforcement cannot find and deport all people in America illegally, then they cannot protect Americans from Muslim extremist.
Rick Perry said Americans are tired of the question “what are you going to do with illegals in America” and Americans can’t trust Washington. Therefore, secure border. The human race is in trouble. America used to be the defender of everything good and decent in life. Illegal immigrants from Mexico are putting in jeopardy the safety and security of the US by entering the US illegally and defrauding state welfare offices. If America fails, it is over for the human race.
This is why it is essential that Americans choose some one who will protect the elements of American society that lead to national success and personal success. This elements include safe and secure American borders, proper management of the people’s money, and very small American government.
In my life, I had the opportunity to see CEO’s in action. CEO”s deal with directors, managers, supervisors, and regular workers. This why CEO’s know how to be authoritative as well as respectful.
Those people criticizing Trump for being a shoot from the hip wise guy are under estimating Trump. We will see a Mr. Trump as a master manipulator as all good CEO’s are in real life. CEO succeed because they are able to read people and forge consensus among warring tribes.
It is obvious the majority of the media dislikes Mr. Trump. Members of the news media who do not like Trump will harshly criticize Trump’s performance because they want to harm him. Therefore, Mr Trump knows he does not have to work at pleasing them.
Mr. Trump is working to appease the good and decent people of America who want a country were they can work hard at making their dreams come through. The other candidates at the debate are concerned with satisfying the demands of the special interest which apply force on them in order to influence these candidates ideologies.
I know I will see a confident Mr. Trump who will calmly and carefully explain what his solutions are to the issues facing America. The other candidates will just be parroting republican elitist diatribe.

Obama still has American troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. Obama did not reduce the national debt. Obama did not reduce the deficit. Obama is supplying aid and comfort to America’s enemies by helping Iran expedite its acquisition of a Nuclear Weapon.
Therefore, politicians can say a lot. Few actually do what they promise.

Trump Good: Glenn Beck His Own "Bubba Effect".
Why does Glenn Beck obsess on trying to be the savior of the world? Since Laura Ingraham left radio in El Paso, Texas I have been forced to listen to Glenn Beck. My first impression of Mr. Beck was “Wow, what a cry baby”. This attitude towards Mr. Beck is due to the fact that it appears Mr. Beck finds excuses to cry.
The serious problem is that Mr. Glenn Beck shapes attitudes of people. Unfortunately, many people nee someone to tell them what to feel, think, and how to act. I find Mr. Becks perception of the world dangerous. He is right that there are serious threats to the human race. However, the “sky is not falling” and there is not a wolf over there or over there.
I have been alive close to fifty years. For the most part of my life the world has been in jeopardy. Events happen and lives are destroyed.
I can speak against injustice, carnage, and murder. However, I have no power to will bad people not to be bad. Sometimes it seems to me while I am listening to Mr. Beck that Mr Beck would like to have some kind of Gandalf like power in order to stop the injustices in the world.
No one person other then Jesus has the power to stop all the injustices in the world. We pay attention and condemn injustice. We motivate politicians to use material resources in order to stop injustice. However, there will always be injustices.
My concern with Mr. Beck is that he fuels the fires of fear. Mr. Beck is always talking about the world coming to an end. This idea in Beck, in my opinion, leads to irrational ideas. Yesterday, Mr. Beck called Donald Trump supporters “Bubbas”. With this term Mr. Beck implies that Trump supporters are dumb hicks in the mountains who are easily moved to violence when they perceive a threat.
Mr. Trump earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Mr. Trump has 40 years of high end business experience. I say high end because Mr. Trump has not been managing hotdog stands or burrito stands.
Now, Mr. Trump has had business setbacks. Who in life has not had setbacks? However, today, because of his overall success, it is obvious Mr. Trump knows how to make major corporations succeed.
I sort of consider the American government a large corporation. The difference is that the American government should not operate under the profit principle.
Mr. Glenn is his own “Bubba Effect” because he has boxed himself in to a certain philosophy and he can only view the world according to this philosophy. In psychology, elements of attitudes can be called philosophical filters. Every person has an attitude of the world that has been shaped by experience.
It is obvious to me that Mr. Glenn Beck has had life shape a gloom and doom view of the world. Mr. Beck can only see life under this gloom and doom attitude. When Mr. Beck hears a small piece of a story that appears to reflect this gloom and doom idea Mr. Beck becomes emotional volatile and starts ranting about the “sky falling”. Therefore, Mr. Beck is his own “Bubba Effect”.
A person would have to listen to Mr. Beck for as long as I have been forced to listen to this man in order to understand him. Mr. Beck gives the impression that he reads a lot and therefore knows a lot. I wonder why Mr. Beck has not read the history of Joseph Smith and the history of the Mormon church. Anyone who would research these histories would not have anything to do with such a religion.
Now, you will never find me attacking a person with mental health challenges. To me it is obvious Mr. Beck is suffering from high anxiety and major depression. I would even go as far as to say Mr. Beck is suicidal.
Mr. Beck can use his money to pursue therapy. I find therapy healthy. Mr. Beck in my opinion is a danger to himself and the public at large with his irrational view of the world.
God has laid out his plan and has documented this plan in the original King James bible. What He has told us is what will happen. Neither Mr. Beck nor any one else will interfere with God’s plan.
End times is to purge the human race of the “ungodly” and to teach the “godly” and important life impacting lesson. I was a teacher once. I know exactly what God is doing with ‘End Times”.
The focus of this issue is Mr. Glenn Beck’s irrational philosophy and volatile emotions. In this election, the most important person in the room will be the American citizen. It will be up to the people to participate in the process of electing good leaders. In order, to elect good leaders the people need sound, rational, and proven principles, not a “the sky is falling” mentality.
If Mr. Beck was smart as he pretends he would see and respect Mr. Trump’s education and experience. In 2012 I labeled Mr. Trump a “pop culture icon” not worthy of the office of the president. Today, with so many convenient politicians concerned more with making Boehner and McConnell happy then following the will of the people Mr. Trump is the better candidate. Fiorina, Paul, Rubio, Jed!, Graham, Walker, and the rest with their rhetoric have identified themselves as lapdogs for the elite republicans in congress.
Mr. Ted Cruz still has his integrity intact. Cruz has not gone back on any of his personal beliefs. However, Mr. Cruz lacks the kind of CEO experience needed to administrate and manage a large government.
I wish Sarah Palin had run for the office of the president of the United Sates. However, the media and the republican party would of been great obstacles for her. Remember that Fox News is a paid employee of the Republican Party.
Therefore, because of the crisis situation in America and the lack of integrity in the majority of candidates Mr. Trump is the obvious choice. Now, things are concerning. However, the sky is not falling. God is still in charge. Together, all good and decent people can work cooperatively in making America great again.

The Media Lies To You About Trump
What people in the USA are seeing is an exercise in media manipulation. Talking heads are telling Americans what to think and feel about the people running for office of the president of the United States of America.
I have been paying attention. Mr. Donald Trump has not made statements I would consider irrational and insane. Critics of Mr. Trump who want to hurt him and his campaign are identifying Mr. Trump's statements as mean and racist.
Mr. Trump said that the majority of people who enter the US illegally from Mexico are immoral. He did not say all Mexicans are immoral. I was born in Mexico to Mexican parents. I have lived in border town of El Paso, Texas for more than 40 years. I calculate that 98% of the people of Mexico are immoral. The Mexican culture teaches that it is alright to violate any law because the politicians and business people of Mexico are corrupt.
We who live in America see the corruption in the presidency and the US congress. I am not going to loose my personal integrity because Obama, Boehner, and McConnell have no honor and integrity. People make up societies. All societies do is reflect the morality of the members of that society. We can keep saying it is them. In reality it is us.
Now, I have great respect for the men and women of America's past, present, and future military. However, Mr. John McCain has become a terrible politician. Criticizing his lack of conservative integrity is not disrespecting the military. Therefore, it does not matter how much Mr. McCain was tortured as a Prisoner of War. What matters is how faithful Mr. McCain has been to the will of the people. Mr. McCain has been one of the people in the US congress trying to force "Amnesty" for illegal aliens from Mexico on the American people.
Glen Beck and is co-host are clearly anti-Trump. Beck and friends talk about Trump's past and Trump's malicious spirit. Rick Perry was a democrat and as governor of Texas was responsible for the Texas Dream Act which allowed individuals in the country illegally the right to study at Texas state colleges. Beck and friends do not seem to care that much about Perry's past. Mr. Rand Paul helped get Mitch McConnell elected. Beck and friends still like Mr. Paul.
Therefore, it is not that Trump has had a different past then one would want from a conservative. It is that, in my opinion, Beck and friends have a personal grudge against Trump. In university research a person states his thesis and then shows his supporting evidence. I have heard Beck and friends say that Trump is not a conservative and when they come back from a commercial break they will show verifiable proof to support their statement. Most of the time they do not play any audio and when they do play audio as proof that Trump is not a conservative it really is not verifiable proof.
I know Mr. Trump will very in tune to the will of the people. I do not see Mr. Trump conspiring with the republicans in congress against the people of America. I have heard Mr. Trump talk about the tax code, size of government, illegal immigration, threat of terrorism, and the other great issues facing Americans. The people telling you Mr. Trump does not have anything to offer are lying to you.
As far as I can see Mr. Trump's policy positions are sound and rational. In addition, I have great confidence Mr. Trump will battle those "good for nothing' republicans in congress and be responsible for sound conservative policies that will "Make America Great Again".
Therefore, do not let the people in the media tell you who Mr. Trump or any other candidate is in the political world. Do your own research. Make up your own mind.

In the debate of August 6th 2015 I would like to see a calm rational Trump who can comfortably and in a credible manner speak his mind. In addition, I would like to see specific solutions for the three major issues facing America.
The problem in the Middle East as far terrorism is concerned is the lack of people who believe in what is good and decent and are participating in the process of managing their society. America needs to invest in the citizens of this region by promoting democratic ideas and offering material support to the citizens of these regions who want to live in a peaceful society. This requires outreach to the people of this region, not money for corrupt politicians and money for murderous thugs in military uniforms.
On the economy, people just need to get back to work. Modern culture helps people excuse their slothfulness with all the negative messages the media produces on a daily basis. Government cannot give a person a positive and optimistic spirit. A person has to choose to be responsible and productive. Government just needs to stop spending and leave the consumer and seller to duke it out and settle their business among themselves.

These Mexicans practice and teach to their family, friends,and neighbors the attitude because politicians and business people are corrupt it is okay to violate any law. People with this attitude are not beneficial to the American society. The American government needs to stop all illegal immigration in to the US, utilizing all available resources.

Employee of Comfort Suites helps criminals 949 Sunland Park Dr. El Paso Texas USA
On July 19th at approximately 245am in El Paso, Texas, USA four men got in to my the taxi I operate and request service to a hotel on the west side of town. When i arrived at their destination all four took of running.
Part of the incident occurred at Comfort Suites located at 949 Sunland Park Drive El Paso, Texas, USA. The clerk was a tall bald Hispanic male in his thirties. When I ran in to the lobby and asked him where the four men who just ran in went, this Hispanic male said” Hold on, I know who they are”. After I identified myself as taxi driver and explained that these men had ran on a fare, this clerk for Comfort Suites stop cooperating with me. I want every one to know comfort Suites employs people who help criminals.
The trip started at 100 Sixth street. I took these idiots to a hotel in front of the Comfort Suites. As soon as I stopped the taxi I operate all four opened the doors and took off running.
They ran into the Comfort Suites. I chased them in the taxi. When I got to the front of the hotel, I ran into the lobby and saw then running up the stairs.
The video shows everything from the time I picked these criminals up to when I was finished talking to the El Paso, Texas, USA police officer.

Being politicians cannot be trusted, We have to save America.
The hope of America rest in the American. The majority of individuals can recognize common sense conservative values. This means most people understand why government needs to be responsible in the manner it spends the tax payers money and how it handles the people’s business.
However, to many people are suffering from a lack of confidence in the people working in government. You are right bureaucrats and politicians have an agenda contrary to the will of the majority of the people. Republicans want to help industry which profit from illegal cheap labor and democrats want to pander to individuals who support illegal immigration reform. Neither political group seems to know how to stop wasting the money of American tax payers.
Obama, the man who promised to decrease the deficit by fifty percent and cut the national debt by fifty percent has added 11 trillion to the national debt. The greatest threat America faces is the 20 trillion dollar national debt. Less than one percent of Americans belong to the homosexual experience. Government should consider the 97 million Americans who are unemployed a greater priority than the 45 million Mexicans who violated America’s borders and entered the US illegally.
Okay, so now we know that Boehner, McConnell, and company are low life good-for-nothings, who cannot be trusted. Being that they have shown their true faces its it time the voter permanently relieved them of their duties.
I will agree that if we are waiting for politicians to do the right thing it looks hopeless. We do not need to believe in them. We need to believe in us.
Yesterday, Glenn Beck went on a rant about all that he thinks is wrong with humans and Americans. I personally did not like being lumped in with so many irresponsible Americans. I am personally trying to inspire people to believe in themselves, believe in their neighbors, and get involved in saving America.
We do not need the politicians and the Socialist Liberal Democrat news media. Do not expect this news media to tell you the truth about the conservative movement.
Do not rest your hope on evil and unethical politicians. I have been writing about the immoral and unethical nature of Mexicans. I was born in Mexico to 100 percent Mexican parents. I lived the majority of my life in the border town El Paso, Texas, USA. All my life I have heard and seen Mexicans in their abuse of the tax dollars of hard working Americans.
I will tell you with confidence that once people turn completely evil there is no turning back. There is no hope republicans or the Mexicans who violated America’s borders.
Therefore, the responsibility of American rest in people who know right from wrong, are good and decent, and love the USA more than life itself. We have to unite and act in solidarity. If we try to build our strategy by trying to incorporate the corrupt republicans, agenda driven news media, and evil business owners such as Walmart, then it will look hopeless.
The power of Americans rest in their Freedom, their vote, and their money. You are still in charge. The corrupt business people, corrupt politicians, and corrupt news media have convinced you that you are not in charge. In reality common sense conservatives are in charge. Failure to use your power does not mean you are powerless.
Today, I was listening to a radio program I would never admit to listening to ( coast to coast martian radio). The host and guest agreed that we have to do something in order to save the human race and give the current children and the children of the future a fighting chance. I greatly agree with these two conclusions. We may be scared and week but we have no choice but to fight this fight.

American Societal Dymanics
The goal is to make a successful society. A successful society is one where all people are safe and they are able to achieve their maximum potential.
I define personal success as the personal human status where a person can utilize the elements of his or her environment in order to achieve his or her maximum potential.
Our problem is that we believe that the Modern Industrial Complex is the only environment that exist. The Modern Industrial Complex is the environment that business people and politicians created. This is the current environment of public education, university, and career.
However, we are free to create any social environment that we want. The first people from Europe in the American continent can to a rugged frontier. There were no ready made Walmart and Albertson stores. In other words they started building America from scratch.
How come we cannot make a society from scratch? The reality is that we are at a greater advantage then the first Americans because a lot of the necessary resources are already in our current world.
It is not offensive to tell a person who is struggling to find a job to make his or her own employment. After all we are rather resourceful people.
In a society one of the elements of societal dynamics are the regular people of that society. In fact, the most valuable resource of a society is the people of that society. Unfortunately, there are as much theories of life as their are members of a society. This leads to dissension and conflict. Some people are religious. Other people are not religious. Some people see the poor and under privileged as invalids unable to help themselves. Some never ask the question “how did the poor and under privileged become poor and under privileged”.
Drink of water does not make a person poor and under privileged. A person is not taking a walk, breathes in, and then dam they are poor and under privileged. The economic crisis of 2008 made a lot of people poor and under privileged over night. This is rare, however. Bad attitude leads to poor choices, which lead to the consequences known as poverty and an under privileged status.
In other words, we do it to ourselves. Most people do not take time to get to know themselves well enough to know what they want out of life. Most of are just swinging in the dark. Yes ,in life, we must know who we are and what we want in life. Most people want freedom from pain and enjoyable pleasure.
Fun is the secret to life. Again, I contend that the majority of modern day depression comes from people not being able to enjoy their 24-hour-cycle with Simple Healthy Pleasures of life.
Government cannot help people enjoy life. This why government does not need to micro-manage every person’s life. My peace. Love, and Joy is my personal responsibility. No government social program can help a person find Peace, Love, and Joy.
However, we have liberals trying to pretend that they can be all things to all poor under privileged people. In reality all they are doing is taking away the fruits of their labor from people who have figured out life and are actively involved in enjoying life.
It is essential that we organize ourselves under the principles of success such as personal responsibility and self reliance. When a person earns something with hard work and sacrifice they take care of it.
Look, we have a lot of childish, immature, petty, people who prefer irresponsibility over hard work and sacrifice. Irresponsibility requires less work.
If our efforts and tax dollars are not respected by government then we are working in vain. Sillary Clinton (she’s so silly) started her campaign talking about income inequality. Barak Hussein Obama over spent 12 trillion dollars. People having to pay higher taxes to fix Obama’s national debt mess is the reason for income inequality. If all governments did not take so much of people’s hard earned income, there would be no income inequality.
Governments are forcefully separating us from our income at a 60% rate in order to fund the municipality, county, state, and federal governments. However, all we see is irresponsible and wasteful spending from these governments.
Does America look like a country that has had 11 trillion dollars invest in her? What does Obama have to show for his overspending? In societal dynamics government plays a role. Politicians can either keep things simple or create an economic mess with wasteful spending.
Another element of socialize dynamic is the media. American media wants to keep people week by brainwashing them to the negative. The bad attitude “Nothings works. Every thing sucks. Why bother” comes from movies, TV programs, music, new papers, magazines, and other media resources.
This poor attitude keeps people from living fulfilling lives and protecting their society by being part of the process with their vote and direct communication with their elected leaders. I gave a ride to two young men. We started talking about the great issues. I delivered my “we can make a better society if we believe in ourselves and participate in the process” theology. The rude dude with a bad attitude started yelling, “there is nothing the three of us can do”over and over again.
It does not matter that we have different ideas. What matters is what kind of a society do we all want to live in while we are here. My focus does not start with the people who serve the Illuminati. There are sick rich people.
My focus is us. What can you and I do in order to build a healthy society? By healthy I mean a safe society where you and I fall in love with a dream and have the opportunity to accomplish our dreams. Stealing from me to feed lazy people is not that society.
We are also not limited by the acts of business. Business is an element of societal dynamic. Most of us know that business leaders do not respect the employee and/or the consumer. Walmart, Salesforce, Paypal, the NCAA sports, and other business elements spoke very clearly about their lack of respect for individual religious rights.
However, we are not limited by businesses. We do not have to work for them. We do not have to buy their goods and services. We may believe that the public school system is a convenient baby sitter. However, look at what they are doing to your children. At what point does a person say,” this is just not right” and starts to do better for his or her children?
I know you are saying to your self public education is not a business. Are you sure? At what point does a person gt tired of the pigeon hole ‘they” forced him into and rebels.
Then of course there all the special Interest groups whose members spend all their energy trying to manipulate politicians. Those special interest groups promoting robing Paul to feed Peter are dangerous. Those special interest groups attacking individual religious rights are dangerous.
Now, reading this article some one may come to the conclusion that it is hard to keep track of every element of societal dynamic in order to manage society. If you have never spent anytime knowing your society well it does look overwhelming. However, once you master the art, it becomes second nature to you.
See giving up is not an answer. We are going to be around for a very long time. I calculate the “Second Coming” of Jesus Christ around 1,500 years from now. I suggest you buy a comfortable recliner.
Therefore, either we become the answer or we continue to be part of the problem. I believe in my ability to properly understand the challenge and in my ability to properly build a strategy.
All of us have to be personally responsible for ourselves. We have to fight the forces of negative attitudes. One way or another we have find adequate income. We need to be people of peace where we focus on our selves and not tearing our neighbor down. We have to know the issues and elect candidates who will respect us, respect our hard earned money, respect and the United States of America.
Today, with confidence, we can speak eloquently about how America became such a mess. We failed to take care of our home, the United States of America.
I can tell you I am not discouraged. I believe in me. I believe in the majority of you. Let us stand together and protect this great country, America.

Psychology of Self Love: Living Well
I was watching a documentary on Psychopaths. Several of the so called experts stated that Psychopathy was biological in origin and could not be changed. I would say that some psychopaths were born psychopaths and others were created by extreme stress. In addition, anyone can be taught anything. Therefore, there is hope.
I do want to mention that I observed definite "lust for blood" in the some of the murderers that were interviewed for the documentary. These murderers receive great pleasure from their crimes. When they talk about them they get more pleasure from telling themselves look how much better I am than you because of what I can do in life.
The FBI has a manual on sociopath behavior. In this manual a good overview of thoughts, emotions, and behavior in the murderer is portrayed.
I mention it here because what has contributed to our psychological nature is what has contributed to the psychological nature of the most dangerous people in our society. We are a composite of Spirituality, Thoughts, Emotions, Sensations, and Behaviors.
There is a God. He created everything. True Peace, Love, and Joy come from living according to his will.
The problems in humans are depression and/or anxiety. Every person wants to be free from pain and suffering. Unfortunately, we have been brain washed to the very ideas that cause our pain and suffering. The messages that come from media are very negative.
Anxiety is fear. We are afraid that something bad is going to happen. This fear is not due from shame, guilt, or embarrassment because we have done something wrong. We are afraid that because we are not living according to the medias perception of life there will be dire consequences for us.
The idea of education-to-income is a good idea. However, some people study but do not find employment in their area of study. Some people do not even get to study. Some people study, find employment, and find them selves in a toxic work environment. Either way living outside societal expectations may lead to anxiety and or depression.
God also has expectations. Living outside of His expectations can also lead to depression and anxiety.
Anxiety and depression are the issues people want to resolve in order to be free of pain and suffering. Our Thoughts are a major reason for our hurt. We scare our selves by repeating the negative messages we see and hear in the media to our selves. The bad attitude of "Everything sucks, Nothing works. Why bother?" is very dangerous.
Therefore, our negative attitude is very dangerous. With our negative attitude we waste time criticizing our neighbor and feeling bad.
We would be better of concentrating on our selves. Our focus should be to walk away from the negative attitude and walk towards a positive attitude.
Again we should believe in our selves because we all have the ability to think, organize, plan, and act. This means we can engage information, evaluate this information, and use the right information to build and maintain our dreams.
If you want to stay obsessed with this education-to-work idea you may. However, you are powerful enough to build your destiny, even if that destiny is a taxi driver who writes blog articles.
Hunger, cold, heat, sexual desire, and other Sensations also lead to bad emotions. Sometimes we get angry if we are hungry or cold.
Emotions are related to thoughts. Negative thoughts lead to negative Emotions. Positive thoughts lead to Quality Emotions. If you want to stop being depressed and anxious then change your attitude.
The problem with negative Thoughts and bad Emotions is that they eventually lead to bad behaviors. We over eat to medicate our depression. We over spend to mellow our anxiety. We fight in order to feel something because the mundane boredom has us in serious state of depression is leaving us unable to feel.
I know that a lot of modern day depression is due to people not being able to get pleasure from life because they do not know how to live well.
I have stated before that it is a good idea to practice Simple Healthy Pleasures of Life in our 24 hour cycle. Laughter is a Simple Healthy Pleasure. Good meals are Simply Healthy Pleasures. Conversations with friends and family are forms of Simple Healthy Pleasures.
Yesterday, I was listening to Doug Stephan talking to the owner and operator of something called the School for Men. This kind of non-science is dangerous. Okay. You are living a boring life with pain and suffering and a charismatic person comes in to your life and with his demeanor he is able to numb your pain. You may start to think that this person is the smartest person in the world. However, all this person did was give you a red ball because you were bored playing with an orange ball. Eventually you will get bored of the red ball. Then he will give you a blue ball.
Look at how simple life is in reality. We were made to be spouses, parents, members of a community, friends, and family. When we fulfill these responsibilities we have a full enjoyable life. Everyday we can enjoy our selves, by being people of peace, loving and giving our best to our neighbor, enjoying Simple Healthy Pleasures of life, being grateful for what we have, and enjoying what we have in life.
Business through media tells us that iphones, ipads, mansions, Tesla cars, and other manufactured devices are necessary for a happy life. This same media tells us that lawyers, politicians, cops, bloggers, taxi drivers, security guards, and every thing else sucks. Therefore, it is not surprising that a lot of us are rather negative and suffering so much.
Our first love should be God. Our second love is us. We pursue a healthy attitude because we love our selves, and we know that by pursuing a healthy lifestyle we can be free of hurt, and live a life of Peace, Love, and Joy.
