I think it is pathetic on the part of the athlete Charles
Barkely to claim that afro-Americans are a special class of people who have
their own language that no one else can speak.
If I went to live in France, would I not be expected to learn
French?
As far as I know, we are all human beings. As human beings,
we are expected to live in a civilized manner. Vulgarity is not part of a
civilized society.
Now, many would say that it is best that I stay out of this
fight. Some people would offer this
counsel under the belief that the ethnics may not enjoy my comments.
I live in this real world.
In this real world, I hear afro-Americans use the “N” word in very
derogatory and vulgar manner.
Therefore, I do not see this supposed healthy afro-American society were
these words are being used in a positive and inspiring manner.
My motive is simple.
Society has fallen apart. Every
ounce of negativity all of us add to a decayed society only makes things worst.
Regardless of Mr. Barkley and Mr. O’Neal, there is no
positive to locker room vulgarity and the “N” word. I am a human being and can make this judgment. We all know what is wrong and what is right. It is wrong to verbally abuse another person
to extent that that person develops mental health complications. Vulgarity of any kind is undignified.
Furthermore, I had a lot of respect for Mr. O’Neal. I thought he handled that whole Kobe Bryant
ordeal like a dignified gentleman. I no
longer have any respect for Mr. O’Neal.
I understand that sometimes people such as Oprah believe
that they are saying something very smart.
However, all they do is show the world how foolish they are in their
philosophy.
There is but one standard under which all of us will be
judged. This is the godly
standard. I do not believe that Jesus
would use the “N” word or claim that because he is a member of a special class
of people He can use “Ghettobonics”.
I would like to apologize for some of my comments. However, some of us are trying to improve
society and the human experience. It is
hard to watch our hard work being destroyed by fools.
However, I do believe that it is good that professional
athletes and the members of the industry that pays them have clearly identified
themselves as people of poor morality.
Now, people of high morality can use this information as they make
viewing choices. I personally will not
have anything to do with the vulgar and destructive members of society.
What happened to Mr.
Martin is unacceptable. How Mr. Tim
Tebow was treated because of his faith is unacceptable. Mr. Tebow should just consider that NFL a
den of inequity and not have anything to with that culture.
In addition, the children of America are watching the NFL
and garbage around it. The dangerous
message that certain vulgar and aggressive behaviors are acceptable is being
transmitted to them. Eventually we will
become a society of desensitized individuals who value nothing and who do not
have any high moral standards.
Now, do not go getting upset at the words high moral
standards. I am talking about how we
treat each other, not biblical morality.
Every time you run a red light, you threaten my life and life of
everyone else around you. Every time
you contribute to developing children becoming desensitized to basic human standards,
you are threatening society.
Our problems today with politicians making a national debt
crisis and robbing people of their individual liberties is the result of poor
individual morality. These politicians
know exactly what they are doing to the people of America and the country. However, their own ambitions are so severe that
they only care about what benefits them.
Many in America attempt to communicate with these
politicians. However, these politicians
keep doing their own thing regardless of what the people say. Today, people are seeing the reality in
Obama-care many of us warned Americans about for years. The politicians continue to defend this poor
policy.
It is almost as if these politicians, Democrats and
Republicans alike, have an agenda and they do not care about the American
people. We hear a lot of rhetoric, but
in the final result, Democrats and Republicans keep spending and supporting
dangerous policies. This lack of respect for the American people by politicians
is poor morality.
I know many believe that Republicans are just afraid of the
liberal news media that cheerleads for Obama and that can ruin them I believe
there something else more sinister going on in American politics. Who does not understand that Obama-care is
going to lead to reduce quality in healthcare and reduced access to
healthcare? What person of average
intelligence does not see how increasing the national debt will lead to the
destruction of America?
There are approximately 12 months until the US congressional
elections. The American people have to
purge their government of all these convenient and immoral politicians.
Certain sectors of American society may be lost. I do not believe that those in the
Afro-American society will listen to the pleas of some of to maintain the basic
dignity afforded to all human beings.
I do believe we can save America. The American citizens just
has to believe and act.
